They now only give 1 condiment of ranch for a medium cheddar bite. Upon asking for another one since I had also ordered a 5 piece chicken strip and was told that it would be an additional .32 for another single ranch. The girl at the window ignored me too for 5+ minutes trying to get her attention.
Food and drink quality is usually OK. Service is slow as molasses. Waiting 10min in the drive thru for 2 drinks that were ordered ahead in the app is quite ridiculous...🤷♀. And it's a recurring issue, not just a single event.
