Went a few days ago with my nephew to get a chicken slinger meal with fries and a cherry limade and him a hi c drink, after waiting 8 minutes to get my order taken they kept cutting me off on the intercom every other word, then brought me a hamburger and a strawberry limade, I call back and say hey I ordered the chicken slider meal and a cherry limade and got a burger and a strawberry limade, they after 10 more minutes bring me a slider with tater tots and didn’t bring me new drink so I had to send them back in again for a new drink, to say the least I’ll never come back, horrible service, also my food was cold both time they brought meal. Also she kept my change which was roughly 9 bucks, it takes forever to get them to answer the call button to complain and they act like you was the one who gave them the wrong order

Took them 37 minutes to bring out my food that I ordered online before I even pulled up. Then the girl comes outside and drops half of my food. Took my whole hour break just to get it handled. Won't be back. I ordered 3 things.

This was the second time in a row I've tried to order a pretzel stick on the app only to be told they don't have any. The employee who brought me my shake said that happens with the app. Why Sonic, why?

Ever since they took away all their ordering machines, I have only been once. I use to regularly get a diet cherry limeade. One day I had to drive around until someone left one of the stalls they have designated as mobile orders only. I will not do this at what is considered a fast food restaurant. Especially, when I am doing an app order.I don’t know what drove this decision to take out the drive up order machines. But one thing for certain is you have lost my business.Parking: This restaurant has removed most of the drive up ordering kiosk at the stalls and what is left is for mobile orders only. So if someone is in one of those stalls, you have to circle around until they leave so that you can pick up your mobile order. I will not be back

Painfully loud voice, louder than a screaming volume, came through the speaker telling me the spot I was at was mobile only, they couldn’t take my order there. There wasn’t a spot open other side, and the drive thru was backed far enough back that you couldn’t see the menu. I just left, I didn’t want to hear any more of that voice anyways. Plenty of other places to eat on that street.

Rude when placing order. Had to repeat myself about 3 times . Then waited 20 minutes for food to come out. Ofcourse no ranch in bag. Pathetic service. Been coming here for a while and never gets better always worse. Driving to midwest city location from now

Their western stalls have been converted to mobile order only. The eastern stall aren’t compatible with cars, due to their parking block location (will rip a low air dam off if you pull up far enough to hit the red button). The drive through is slow as molasses.Three out of four mobile orders have been delivered wrong, or straight missed after checking in.Worst sonic location, period. Make the drive to Harrah.

Everytime I go there,they are extremely slow. I went this morning to get a breakfast burrito combo with EXTRA CHEESE and tots. There was NO CHEESE on my burrito and the tots were cold. This sonic SUCKS!!!

Ordered burgers, grilled cheeses, and slushes. Fries were burnt. Burgers were burnt. Grilled cheeses were burnt. Slushes had no flavor in them. Service was good though.

They would not take my gift card I just got. Said "it wouldn't work" lolPictures show a balance working just fine. I offered to give the remaining balance to the carhop cause I didn't have any cash to tip. Dollar in a half or so. She didn't want that kind of tip. I had pennies or dimes otherwise. I kind of think that's why it "didn't work". Or they need a complete overhaul. Took 10 minutes to deal with payment.

They asked me both at the speaker and at the window, did I want salsa. Both times I said yes I'll take some. They still managed to not put any in the bag. Cmon guys this is basic stuff, do better!
