“While at dinner, I was extremely impressed with Assistant Manager Delantae. We came during a pretty busy dinner rush and I was stunned by his communicating skills while directing his dinner staff. He was very vocal in his communication and was direct, however he found certain times to add some fun to the mix. He was in complete control of the restaurants, even finding time to come out to the lobby to make sure the trash was taken out. Being completely honest if he wanted to he could direct a fine dinning kitchen. Braums! I highly recommend giving him a raise or a promotion because talent like that is easy to lose. Absolutely fantastic work!“

“Left the one on Sooner Rd because I still did not have my 3 drinks and caught this one. They had steady business on the lot and one car in front of me in drive. Was promptly greeted and order taken, total given. People were very friendly and worked together. Got my order (3 drinks) with a car ahead of me quicker than I was at the other one which after 15 to 20 minutes I just drove off. Congratulations to this team for knowing what customer service is.“

“Picked up a couple of steaks from here yesterday and was greeted warmly at the register by the nicest employee! I will have to get her name next time I see her as she is always so customer service driven even when she might need a break! She is very helpful and needs a raise! As for the steaks, I made them for lunch for my kiddo today and these were the best steaks I've had in a long time!!! Kudos to knowing exactly where the meat came from as well! My family and I love going to Braum's for both fast food and quick grocery runs!“

“I've been going to this location for almost 40 years, they've always had the friendliest crew out of all of the stores I've been to!! We always start our grocery shopping here and then go to the other grocery store in town for whatever Braum's doesn't carry!!“

“my husband ei ordered Freddy's on last night. I got a shake and he got a concrete. we ordered through GrubHhb. the issue is that the shake was really disappointing.bit was not completed with whipped cream and a cherry. I had been really looking forward to an extra special treat but all I got was mediocre. may or may not recommended others to go and maybe and maybe not go there again. seriously, I got almost as good ice and lots of available toppings for Braums for elite less! 3 stars.“

“This is a great place! We stopped today for our little guys 4th birthday and the workers were so nice! He got free ice cream even though we didn’t have our birthday coupon and my husband said the breakfast sandwich was delicious! To the young man working the ice cream counter, you were wonderful and made our visit well worth the stop! Your parents have done a great job raising you and we hope to see you again on our next visit!“

“The young manger here is very much friendly and handled my complaint to a tea makes me wanna come back for more he deserves a raise babbyyyy !! Love the workers here I’m sure it was busy I called to tell them I ordered tots not mozzarella and the manager was super sweet he gave me the two dollar difference which I didn’t even know I paid more because I was otp and god gave my man a JOB AMEN !!they handled it super well gave me fresh tots some ketchup with it and the refund for the over price I’ll be back for that bacon cheeseburger and totsss again love from the Citi trends Arrianna!!!
