“Came to Oklahoma to watch my daughter play softball and we found this ice cream shop on Google suggestions. Very cute store with amazingly good ice cream and the storekeepers were exceptionally nice. Highly recommend this place if you’re in town if you want some incredible ice cream!!“

“I started coming to this Braums because the service is terrible at the location in Harrah. They never get my order correct, most of the workers don't say anything, they just open the drive thru window and look at you. I guess they figure they tell us our total at the order box so why repeat.... This Shawnee location has been amazing over the last few months I've been coming here. Even at 10:00 at night, the food and service is consistently good!!“

“This Braums is in Shawnee OK. Im writing this review because Ive never had such amazing customer service as I did at this Braums. We were in town for our high school team's basketball game. Of course, the kids were hungry. We had both the boys and girls teams. The staff at this braums were friendly, fast and efficient. As we were leaving, they bid us a safe trip home. Every Braums in Oklahoma City Ive ever visited has employees with extremely ugly attitudes. I have a manager every now and then serving and they were always wonderful but the regular staff are just awful. Not at this Shawnee OK Braums! Id give them 100 stars if I could just because of their customer service.“

“I just have to say this I just moved out here in the Shawnee area and this is the absolute best Sonic for food and drinks and preparation and everything else you're expecting from a Sonic in between here and Shawnee and Tecumseh all the way to Oklahoma City I will choose this one before I choose any of the others the staff is friendly they're great they're fast they're efficient even through lunch and if I could I'd give them 10,000 Stars“
