September 19th 2026 they messed up out order twice and the fries were horrid!!! The only reason they're not getting a one star is because the manager did try to fix the order of the first time it was messed up. But there's no reason it should have been messed up twice
One employee working. Half full order. Couldn't even make change. Management is failing
Very nice carhops

Sonic Drive-In is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its quick service and delicious food. The carhop service is praised for its politeness, and the food is consistently hot and flavorful. While the service can be slow during peak hours, the staff is said to do their best to accommodate customers. The restaurant's app also receives positive feedback for its convenience. However, some customers have reported issues with the ordering screens not working properly, which the management needs to address. Overall, Sonic Drive-In offers a satisfying dining experience, with highlights including the half-price cheeseburger deals and the option to customize burgers with extra toppings like onions.
