“I had a great experience at Braum’s and wanted to recognize AJ for his excellent customer service.

On March 25, I ordered shakes and later realized the chocolate flavor had been replaced with German chocolate by mistake. When I called the store, AJ answered, apologized sincerely, and assured me I would receive a refund along with replacement shakes.

Today, I went in to follow up, and he handled everything exactly as promised. He was kind, respectful, and made the process easy.

It’s refreshing to see this level of professionalism and accountability. Braum’s was my first job, and AJ clearly shows strong management skills.

“Have been keeping quiet for a long time... but they always take SO LONG.
Just the other day, 10 minutes for two large but uncomplicated drinks. Lot was pretty much empty—there might have been one other car.
They also have a tendency to make food incorrectly or by the time it gets out, it isn't very warm. They once gave my mom a grilled cheese... but they forgot the cheese and then got snarky when she (politely) asked for it to be remade.
The drinks were made great and always are, but... why such a big wait time??

I recommend it for drinks if you have time to sit and wait. Don't recommend for food, though.“

“I've never met a Sonic Drive-In that i didn't like. With that being said, I don5 really know what's going on with all the Sonic's that I've eaten at in the last 10 years or so. Hasn't mattered footlong or hamburger the meats never hot any more. Don't know why that has happened. Does mater from Clinton, Ok, to Newcastle, Oklahoma, to Baytown, Tx, & to Mont Belvieu, Tx.. Haven't eaten any meat from any Sonic in the last 10 years, that the meats just Luke warm.“

“Two words...cheese pullllll. Perfectly melted cheese on buttery bread. I had the Flying Fortress with the Oklahoma Smoke brisket and it was so good! The food came out pretty quick. The atmosphere is fun with several TVs hanging and lots of firefighter memorabilia. I wanted a shake but was too full after 3/4 of my sandwich. Will definitely go back for a fully engulfed shake one day!“

“Summer Snow has the best menu! I loved that they had pictures on their menu. I’m coming back for a Bears on the Beach snow cone. My daughter and I were craving dole whip today. She got the regular and I got the pina colada shake! 10/10. Highly recommend“

“I so so so wish there was a location in San Antonio cause I would be eating every single day there. The food ( hamburgers, chicken and fries) is really really good and priced perfectly. Now the ice cream choices are SUPER GOOD very generous size servings as well great prices. OH YEAH they have a little grocery store too it'sgot the little things like milk, ice cream and eggs (the kind of things that you need but don't want to go to the bigger stores to go get at 9pm .“

“Mr. Wilson was so kind to my daughter and I. He is very kind and welcoming. My 3 year old daughter specifically requested Braum's and given many months had passed and I finally had her, Braum's it was. Her tummy was full and I saw the joy as she forked up pancake with sausage or pancake with the hash browns all in one bite. We willbe coming back.“

“I love this place!!! The workers are always so friendly. They give me suggestions I never would have tried before, even butterscotch. Who would have thought that? Haha This is definitely a family friendly establishment. I also really love the benches to sit at.“

They provided an amazing breakfast for our staff, and everything was fresh, delicious, and enjoyed by everyone. “Guys I never usually do reviews but this definitely deserves one. First off this braums is always the nicest/cleanest around me and when I eat my ice cream it never taste like another. We usually go here and my son always says hi to the people at the windows and gives them a compliment. Today there was a guy at the pay window, I found out his name is Byron. We pulled up to the window, I handed him the money, he hands me my money back with my receipt and says I’ve got it. I said what? Really? He said, your kids are always so respectful and wanted to pay for our ice cream. We of course thanked him after but man It’s the little things. I am just so appreciative and have never had someone do that for us. My son said “that was so nice, that really made my day”🥰 my favorite Braums and Byron has become our favorite employee here for sure😊“

“First time visit today. I was impressed! I had a hot and could caramel latte with 12 mini doughnuts. Half cinnamon and half turtle. It all was very good! Customer service was excellent! So much to try! If your on the Southside of OKC, this is a must tasty treat!“

“Rude disrespectful employees I ordered a concrete with extra oreo. When I received the mix it barely had oreo. I asked for more oreo and the young boy rolled his eyes and said it has extra oreo. I said will you put in a little more? He handed it to a female working there and she made a comment about wanting extra oreo. She handed it to a girl who acted like she was putting extra oreo in it. She did not put any extra at all. their attitudes were rediculious. I know it is hard to hire good people but, Chic Fila across from you ALWAYS has very nice respectful employees. Your employees need to learn from them. Get rid of their attitudes. Find new employees“

“Can't ever make me hate Braum's. I LOVE the food more than the ice cream. Every location has a little different Spice to it depending on the staff. Due to my job having me go all across the state for eliminating electrical evil--I get to see alot of different Braum's. I may not visit them all, but I don't have to go far usually. And one thing I can say about Braum's that no other big chain can is that the food Never lets me down.“

“I am leaving the five-star review because of Logan and her close co-workers! Now, the overall service, including the cake experience and fast food service, I would give it a 3.5-star review. Back in 2023 (the only two times we tried eating fries in Dairy Queen), the fast food process was inefficient, and the staff made it look like we were part of the problem! The cake ordering and delivery were significantly better however! Yes, there were some misunderstandings and “slip-ups”, but that was rare. And when it did happen, they, particularly Logan, fixed the problem in the most wonderful way!!! Logan is such a sweetheart (I haven’t gotten the chance to meet her personally yet)! She’s always sweet and eager to take my custom cake order and make it herself! And her cakes are superb! She always has a resolution to any problem that arises! In conclusion, I will say this: Do they make delicious cakes? Yes! Is their service good? Mostly. So, despite some errors, I will continue to order cakes from them because Logan is a fantastic cake maker and an enthusiastic person who always knows how to solve problems!“

A sweet, lovely lady did it (I couldn’t catch her name, unfortunately, so I will just call her the pretty green-eyed brunette)! She was sharp, punctual, and very friendly!!! The food was given to us right away — exactly as we ordered it!!! So definitely go and order some food while she still works there!!!“
