On March 25, I ordered shakes and later realized the chocolate flavor had been replaced with German chocolate by mistake. When I called the store, AJ answered, apologized sincerely, and assured me I would receive a refund along with replacement shakes.

Today, I went in to follow up, and he handled everything exactly as promised. He was kind, respectful, and made the process easy.

It’s refreshing to see this level of professionalism and accountability. Braum’s was my first job, and AJ clearly shows strong management skills.

“Have been keeping quiet for a long time... but they always take SO LONG.
Just the other day, 10 minutes for two large but uncomplicated drinks. Lot was pretty much empty—there might have been one other car.
They also have a tendency to make food incorrectly or by the time it gets out, it isn't very warm. They once gave my mom a grilled cheese... but they forgot the cheese and then got snarky when she (politely) asked for it to be remade.
The drinks were made great and always are, but... why such a big wait time??

I recommend it for drinks if you have time to sit and wait. Don't recommend for food, though.“
