“These cookies are delicious- rather expensive but delicious. I paid extra for the “happy birthday” packaging which consisted of a small stuck on bow and a “Happy Birthday” sticker. I thought there would be more- like maybe the cookies set on top of confetti colored tissue-or colored tissue- to make it look special. I won’t “splurge” on that extra again. The employees at this store do not seem very happy.“

“Great ambiance and the barristas/staff are the best!!! We love the ever changing affogatos. The dirty chai affogatto is delicious. My favorite drink is the hot whole milk latte. Definitely surpasses the lattes I used to drink while in Italy. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Highly recommended.“

“Rita’s is the best place for dessert!!! They have Italian ice in a great variety of flavors they rotate the flavors every 36 hours. The staff here is amazing they always greet you with a smile and always so pleasant. Tonight I went about 30 min to closing and they had a line of about 30 people … the staff handled themselves like champs and got everyone’s order out in a timely manner. I literally stop at this place every night now!!!! If you haven’t tried it ….what you waiting for ….goooo do it!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!“

“I’ve had this kind of rolled ice cream before about 5 yrs ago in Illinois where I used to live it’s an Asian food from Thai. Glad to see it’s popular here. The rolled ice cream store that I had it in also had Thai coffee & bubble tea. The only thing I didn’t like here is that it’s more just for a dish of vanilla ice cream with strawberries on top is $10 a little high I’d say.“

“I have to review the root beer freeze. The consistency of the drink was unexpected but delightful. Most root beer floats I have had were very thick. This one had the consistency of milk. The flavor of the root beer was subtle and enjoyable. I swear that I took one sip and it was all gone. If I didn't get a tummy ache from drinking the entire thing, I would go right back and order another. The manager was also pleasant and kind. What a wonderful experience! It was worth every penny.“

“Coming from Arizona we are new to Braums. We come to Oklahoma often and always visit their Market( very convenient) ice cream shop or grill. Sometimes all 3! There is a drive thru for a quick trip or a place to sit and eat. Delicious ice cream, burgers, french fries and chicken tenders.“

“This is probably the best Braums around in the evenings! Every time I come to this store it is running like a well greased machine. Everyone is friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh and comes out in the time it takes to cook it. They just went theough a remodel and after being closed for almost 3 months they came back even BETTER! I love this location.“

On the food side, burgers are good and crinkle fries are to-die for. I love their cherry limeades. This particular location always is very welcoming over the lunch hour. They're attentive and fast, and the food is always fresh and hot. The cherry limeade is very consistent at this location.“

“Amazing service!!! After a terrible experience at the Braum’s on Covell, we still wanted some delicious ice cream, so we drove to the I-35 location afterward. WOW! The service was amazing. The first Braum’s told us we had to order sundaes based on what we asked for, made it incorrectly, and argued with about how we ordered it wrong, but the young men at the I-35 saved us money and made the order so special! I highly recommend this location - service was great and the ice cream was 10/10! Thank you so much!!!“

“We ordered a Bag Of Burgers with subtle changes! No ketchup on 2, add mustard to all five and mayo to three that still have ketchup. Clerk asked if we wanted cheese, NO THANKYOU TWICE, PICKLES? YES SO A VERY SIMPLE ORDER. I SHOULDVE CHECJED BEFORE LEAVING DRIVETHRU!! THEY MANAGED TO BUTCHER THE ORDER. CHEESE, EXTRA KETCHUP ON ALL NO PICKLES MUSTARD OR MAYO! SO WE HAVE 5 BURGERS DIVIDED BETWEEN OUR DOG AND NEIGHBORS DOGS...LOL ORDERED PIZZA. I called and spoke with manager Terry, he listened, and suggested refund or replace the order , I opted to have order replaced several days later with BIG CHANGES....LOL MAKE THEM DELUXES without ketchup add mustard. Initially Terry wasn't going to see things the consumers wY but with little coaxing he realized we were correct and made the order. I just wanted to say TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYONS AND THE BURGERS WERE DELICIOUS PROBABLY THE BEST THEYVE EVER MADE!!!

“Andy’s Frozen Custard never disappoints! I got the vanilla concrete with Reese’s Pieces and it was absolutely delicious - creamy, rich, and perfectly blended. The kids always go for the chocolate and love every bite. The service was quick and friendly, and everything came out fresh. It’s become one of our favorite dessert stops for a sweet treat after dinner. Highly recommend if you’re craving something cold and satisfying!“

“The ice cream was great! However, finding the darn place was no easy feat. I walked around for 15mins, unknowingly passing by them at one point. I looked on the Penn square mall map and they're not listed on there anywhere. Online or in store.

They're on the second floor in the food court, in front of Dillard's and Sarku Japan. They're a little cubicle by themselves.“

“This was a quick stop through the drive-thru and exactly what we needed. We ordered a small kids’ meal, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The line moved fast, the order was accurate, and the food came out quickly without feeling rushed or sloppy. We were in and out in record time and back on the road with no hassle at all. “Braums is somewhat of a cult classic for ice cream in Oklahoma. Something you might not know Is that they cold filter the water you get from the soda fountain. Its incredible!!! Random I know to think one could be so excited about water but it is just that good. So next time your in try it!“

The management, Josh in particular, is great, always efficient, courteous, and thinking ahead about the extra details (napkins, Braum’s sauce, extra ketchup, etc.). Grocery is also efficient, helpful and so pleasant. Other locations should take note! One standout example: my family had a milkshake spill in the restaurant once, and before we could even alert someone to the mess, a new milkshake was brought to our table and another team member was ready to clean it up. True customer service in the fast food space.“

They went above and beyond today. I’m really particular since COVID - I can’t have seasoning on meat. Somehow they remembered and got my order perfect. They didn’t even start my ice cream until my burgers were done, and my fries were hot and fresh! They tossed in Braum’s sauce I didn’t ask for, but my son loves it. So appreciate them going the extra mile!“
