I have visited other BRAUMS and so far IMHO the service, and quality of food has been very consistent, and above. “I love Crumbl cookie. I went there yesterday to get the strawberry ice cream bar cookie unfortunately they were out and I went to get the German chocolate cake and they were out but they had some in the back for tomorrow and they ended up giving me some 10 out of 10 experience I will definitely be going back, I love using the Crumbl app because almost after five purchases of cookies I get free $$10. I love Crumbl I will be going back.

Parking: The parking was very easy. I got front row parking to Crumbl and there was about four more spaces next to me so very good for people in a wheelchair or for people that can’t walk far distances.

“Rita’s is the best place for dessert!!! They have Italian ice in a great variety of flavors they rotate the flavors every 36 hours. The staff here is amazing they always greet you with a smile and always so pleasant. Tonight I went about 30 min to closing and they had a line of about 30 people … the staff handled themselves like champs and got everyone’s order out in a timely manner. I literally stop at this place every night now!!!! If you haven’t tried it ….what you waiting for ….goooo do it!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!“

“We came in to pick up some ice cream to go and I was completely caught off guard by how personable and friendly the entire experience was. The staff constantly checked in on the guests and made sure to check and see if everyone knew all of the options and made sure everyone was happy. They knew the names of their regulars and even knew what they wanted. With hospitality being almost a lost art these days the Freezing Cow is a breath of fresh air. “Andy's is the frozen custard version of Dairy Queen or Braum's. They have a few branches around the city including this place along Pennsylvania near Quail Springs. Opening hours are 11am to 11.30pm daily. They have walk-in and drive through, menu is fairly comprehensive and can require a few minutes to familiarise if visiting for the first time. Stopped by this branch and ordered a medium James Brownie Funky Jackhammer, forgetting that medium in the States translates to extra large in Asia. This was large serving of very good vanilla custard with some brownie bits, fudge and creamy peanut butter, very rich, flavourful and sinfully good. Would be happy to order the same or try something new but would go with more manageable small size.“

“Great food. They say there's RV parking but it's really tight and the lot can be difficult to get out of if you pull straight in. Best to pull into the neighboring walmart parking lot if you have a bigger rig. Our camper and pickup are ~50' long in total and getting out of the Braum's lot was tight.“

The location on NW Expressway needs to have their custard freezer checked, both times the concretes came out like malts, they were WAY too soft. Still delicious, but they melt way too fast!“

The fountain drinks were all (Dr. Pepper, Coke, and root beer) slightly off. Not enough to be horrible, just off enough to not be good.“

“Conveniently located near an easy on and off ramp to the interstate.Clean location that stays fairly busy, staff were nice, the grocery section of the store was well stocked, food was fresh and for the most part correct as ordered. They were able to make fries with no salt as requested but may or may not have cooked other fries to extra crispy as requested. The nice thing about this location is that they add table top artificial floral decorations to most the tables which helps add an extra touch to the dining area.

Parking: Exits available on both ends of the parking lot. West exit is to a traffic light while the East exit is to flowing traffic.

This parlor is owned by the same guys and gals who own some well-respected eating spots in OKC, including Birra Birra next door!

Their menu is streamlined to just a few awesome flavors and toppings, and I love the nod to simplicity!

For me I can’t go wrong with mint chocolate chip, and they even have a few vegan options if you have dietary restrictions.

The location was very clean indeed and made me want to return
But the young lady in the front was very new without much support and my visit took a slight turn
The manager sat on a chair in the front and looked as if she was taking orders
The young lady was lost and a bit unsure and had a small ice cream scoop disorder
I ordered the pistachio flavor with a large waffle cone and my mouth began to water
She looked down confused and couldn’t find my muse, I wish someone would have taught her.
The scoops that were given didn’t fill the big cone and left me a little disappointed
So I grabbed a spoon and pressed it all down so that the whole cone is better anointed.
My sister was mad when she received her cone which was so much smaller than mine
She picked up the scoop with a look of despair but went on and stepped out of line
The dessert was great as it always is but the staff could be better trained
For everything is bigger in Texas and OKC can take note so my confidence in you is regained.“

Took a while to get ice cream.. staff was nice and working, but there are some efficiency issues to work through to speed things up because there were a lot of staff and not many people inside... I think drive through was busy but the instore patrons seemed to not get as much attention.
