“When we're looking for a delicious quick drive thru burger, Braums is our go to. We wanted to celebrate cheeseburger day and decided Braums was our way to go. This location gets busy at times so be prepared to have a short wait in the drive thru during peak hours. I ended up ordering the double quarter pounder cheeseburger meal and enjoyed every bite! Fresh veggies in try burger and fresh fries to go along with it. Braums let's you switch from a drink to a milkshake so milkshake it was! Their medium to me is huge, so be aware of that if you decide to change to a milkshake. DONT FORGET THE BRAUMS SAUCE! Their sauce is similar to a peppery Canes sauce or Freddy's sauce but it's definitely something we always get 2 per person cause we love slathering our burgers and dipping our fries in. Their grocery store is also very useful for quick dairy items like milk, cheese, etc. and we always try to grab ice cream when they're on sale for 2.“
“Andy's is the frozen custard version of Dairy Queen or Braum's. They have a few branches around the city including this place along Pennsylvania near Quail Springs. Opening hours are 11am to 11.30pm daily. They have walk-in and drive through, menu is fairly comprehensive and can require a few minutes to familiarise if visiting for the first time. Stopped by this branch and ordered a medium James Brownie Funky Jackhammer, forgetting that medium in the States translates to extra large in Asia. This was large serving of very good vanilla custard with some brownie bits, fudge and creamy peanut butter, very rich, flavourful and sinfully good. Would be happy to order the same or try something new but would go with more manageable small size.“
“This is my all time favorite dessert place in OKC. I have stopped eating ice cream because I would rather have Andy's frozen custard. The strawberry shortcake sundae is great as is the apple pie. Any of the jackhammers are great. I recommend trying everything on their menu.“

A man was watching us, got up, and stood close to our table. Went away and came back again. Then, after our meal, we used the restroom, then got in line for ice cream! The man came and stood right behind me. Watched my partner pull out his wallet.... then approached us after we sat back down for dessert and asked us for money. He didn't do that up by the register. If you're looking for just a cookie and don't like icing or any other things added on, then this isn't the place for you. Their cookies are different every week as they play with different flavors which I can appreciate because when we see an intriguing flavor, they always get us LOLIn this visit, what got our attention was the carrot cake and strawberry cheesecake. Little bit of the chocolate pumpkin too. The best part of these cookies are how moist they are. When they're soft and moist in the middle, that's the best bite! The store is a bit outdated, it is cozy, the staff is friendly albeit unhurried, and the food sometimes comes a bit later than expected if you order in. I have yet to try the drive through but I imagine that is probably why the in restaurant service is slow as they prioritize drive through. It's a nice place to get together with friends as it has plenty of seating, just don't set your expectations too high. The cost usually justifies the meal, although as an implant to Oklahoma, I think that Braum's enjoys a little home territory bias. I see a lot of areas of improvement particularly for their older restaurants. All in all it is still worth a visit.“

“Being pregnant, it's sometimes hard to find something to drink that doesn't have caffeine and first thought was let's get agua frescas! Small little shop in a strip mall. We ended up going around 1:30 on a Sunday and it was super busy - almost didn't have the ability to sit because of how many people were coming in. I ended up ordering the mango agua fresca. My husband ordered the melon. The mango was just okay. Very subtle mango flavoring and not too sweet which is fine. His melon agua fresca though was delicious and refreshing. I also ordered a medium elote en vaso which was very parmesany and creamy which was great - only problem is that there was not any hot sauce or chili powder which is what I'm used to adding for additional flavor. This was why it's 4 stars instead of 5. Once we got home, added some Tajin which made the flavors so much better. My husband ordered a Michigan hot dog which had chili, cheese, onions and mustard. He liked it. Overall, great little place for some hardcore snacks. Definitely not for a full on meal.“

A small cup was $4, and while they leave too much pot water in it, they make up for it by layering in a lot of cotija cheese -- more than the competition does. I left off the dab of hot sauce so my kiddos could try it, but a little spice would have been nicer. I'm used to Tajin/chile powder instead, but none was offered. They also offer other snack foods like ice cream, aguas frescas (popular here), even a fermented Mexican drink with an interesting sounding name I've never heard of before. One bummer, their front window and store sign both prominently show street tacos, but they regretfully informed me they only grill at their other location. It is a popular lunch spot with locals, and I can see myself stopping in again on a whim.“
