Came in for bread. After paying for bread went to the counter to get some ice cream. Waited 5 minutes, no one acknowledged me. One other customer there, 2 cars at the drive thru window. Unacceptable service.
I visit Store #307, NW 150th & May, OKC each morning for breakfast and some reading. I have observed the ladies behind the counter many mornings and each morning a smile rings to my face as I hear, with cheerful faces, “Good Morning”, “May I help you”. When I’m leaving they alway tell me to have a nice day! I’m simply amazed each day as to how they handle the inside and outside customer traffic flow. No mustard but lots of ketchup on cheeseburger. Shakes good and thick. Store is Cleaner than most Braums.... definitely outdoes in that department than Guthrie, OK. Had to brew coffee....it was hot but strong! Yikes. Friend had double dip cone... she had to ask for sugar cone. Seemed a little more friendly than most Braums. Would consider it again. We did go late afternoon so maybe it was off a bit.
