“I had the Pad Kee Mao and their spice level goes from 1–5. I initially ordered a level 4 because I love spicy food and usually don’t have an issue with heat. OMG. That level 4 humbled me. The spice was so overbearing that I couldn’t even enjoy the food. It was just constant heat on my tongue, almost like a tongue burn if that makes sense. I ended up asking to have it remade at a level 1, which they did with no problem.

If you like spicy food, I would honestly recommend starting at a level 2 and working your way up. Everyone’s spice tolerance is different, but I’ve tried plenty of spicy food around the city and nothing has really gotten me like this place did.

The food itself came out hot and freshly made, which I can always appreciate. For appetizers, I had the edamame and steamed gyoza. Edamame is always a good salty little snack for me. Next time I’d like to try one of their noodle dishes.

The drinks were good and Angel, the bartender, was great. Very attentive, good conversation and he was responsible for the music playlist and did his thang. I was actually surprised I ended up hanging out here for about 3–4 hours, but I was also socializing with other people at the bar and was enjoying myself.

I also love that they're open until 2AM, which is a rare find in this city. I’m giving it 5 stars based on the service and atmosphere alone. I would come back.”

“I went through the drive through during my lunch break. When i received my shake it was very clumpy and thick. I get it. Big rush people make mistakes. I came back in to just change my shake out for a drink. The lady who handled my issue was incredibly kind. I do however have a problem with the way the manager was talking to her employees. She was constantly yelling and being hypercritical. I’m in management and employees are the heart of every business and they deserve respect.”

I'm polite, patient, not at all picky, no customizations, no demands, no difficulty - I'm the easiest customer ever. So, if there's a problem, it's probably not me. And I've very rarely had reason to complain, unlike many other McDonald's. Whoever does the hiring at this one knows something about a valuable workforce. Again, thank you.”

The crust was unlike any other I have had, and the hot honey was the chefs kiss. The cherry limeade was a good balance of sweet and sour. I ordered a gluten-friendly salted caramel chocolate chip cookie to go.”

“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!”

“One thing about Ichiban is that it's going to hit EVERY SINGLE TIME. I order to go often to work when I want something light, fresh, and delicious. The poke bowls are highly customizable and are perfect every time. I don't know why I took so long to write a review. EVERYTHING I've had from here (poke bowls, sushi, tempura, fried rice, Thai tea) has been exceptionally good every time. ✨️✨️✨️✨️”
