I’ve been a Braum’s customer for over 40 years and have always had positive experiences, which is why this was so disappointing.
I stopped by during a heavy rainstorm, and when I got home 25 minutes later, my burger was missing the bacon I paid for. Since I had no other food, I ate it anyway. The next afternoon, I politely called to ask if they would replace the incorrect order.

I have received bad customer service at this location I felt rushed when ordering my food and my grill chicken sandwich was dry and bland.
This is the store with the ice cream I grew up with!
