Great stuff with Great service
Brought back my order because they forgot my SECOND fry, messed up the first fry, and then messed up my sandwich. And they STILL forgot my second large fry. I am so done braum's.
I went through the drive through during my lunch break. When i received my shake it was very clumpy and thick. I get it. Big rush people make mistakes. I came back in to just change my shake out for a drink. The lady who handled my issue was incredibly kind. I do however have a problem with the way the manager was talking to her employees. She was constantly yelling and being hypercritical. I’m in management and employees are the heart of every business and they deserve respect.

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a popular fast food stop known for its delicious ice cream and tasty burgers and fries. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food is consistently high. The store offers paper cups instead of Styrofoam, which many customers appreciate. However, there have been reports of slow service inside at times, with some customers waiting longer than expected and receiving little acknowledgment from staff. Many customers find that they get faster service through the drive-thru. The ice cream flavors are not always listed online or on the drive-thru menu, so customers often have to go inside to see what’s available. Kids enjoy visiting for the deals and treats like the Chocolate Yogurt Cone, which is described as delicious. Despite some service issues, many customers remain loyal and enjoy the tasty food and reasonable prices.
