Naylamp is a Latin American • Peruvian restaurant in Oklahoma City that offers authentic Peruvian dishes. The exterior looks scary but the interior is a nice simple but warmly decorated restaurant in Peruvian style. The food is authentic and very well made. Ceviche, chaufa, Serrano, mussels, and Lomo Saltado are all delicious. The Pollo à la Brasa (Peruvian roasted chicken) is a favorite, though one reviewer felt it was baked instead of rotisserie. The Peruvian green sauce (AJi Verdi) is very tasty and a favorite for dipping the chicken. The Lomo Saltado is a top pick; mixing the fries into the sauce makes all the difference. The tamale appetizer is full of pork and a great value for only $5. The cilantro/jalapeño sauce that comes of the side is the perfect blend of spice and flavor. The Incan Cola, a bubble gum flavored soda, is a crowd favorite. The decor is super charming with lots of Peruvian touches and Peruvian music that sets a fun vibe. Owners and servers talk about Peruvian culture and give a great experience. Fast, friendly customer service and a decent price make it an excellent place to eat.
