This franchise has decided they don’t want to offer refills. You have to buy a second drink if you want more than what’s in the cup they hand you.
I was willing to accept that self-service was going away but trying to charge full price for a refill is crazy. Even gas stations give you a discount when you bring in your cup.

Fries were cold
To everyone at this location, thank you. I've been going to this McDonald's for well over 25 years. I'm polite, patient, not at all picky, no customizations, no demands, no difficulty - I'm the easiest customer ever. So, if there's a problem, it's probably not me. And I've very rarely had reason to complain, unlike many other McDonald's. Whoever does the hiring at this one knows something about a valuable workforce. Again, thank you.
