The lady taking our order was extremely rude and she also made our coffees they were so dry no sugar no creme like I had asked. The lady that gave us our order of food was so sweet and nice . But if you're workers aren't happy to be there so early just don't put them on early morning shift .

Stopped for a couple Caramel Frappe's. Barely had any Caramel drizzle on them and they were really thin so they turned into flavored water pretty quickly

There is nothing to rate because they did not give me my order, I spent more than 10 minutes in line when I got to the window they said that breakfast time had already ended and there was no one who could help me with my order, very bad, I placed the order in the app before 10:30 ? they said that the app would solve my return to the app, what bad service without the food and without the money

I've tried this restaurant on three separate occasions and I come to the conclusion that the ice coffee machine must be dirty because my Carmel ice coffee always has an aftertaste of dirty french fry water.

I'm near-certain that one of the night shift employees there stole my brand new dark green Bose headphones. I asked fora medium drink. I told him I was 40 cents short, so I'll take a small. He said he'd cover it. I think he took my headphones to cover the remainder, which I did not agree to. I told the managers and they have done nothing.

not nice at all & very lazy. if you happen to stop there at night, i’d suggest you just keep on going! very rude service. they also tend to make their own hours and say “we’re closed”, or “our system is down”, when that is a lie. both times we’ve went there we’ve had that happen. never going back again!!
