I had a big order and I checked it and asked if that was all because I was missing 3 hamburgers. They guy said said so I pulled forward to get out and go in but he ran out to me and brought it to me. The food was pretty good the fries were fresh the milkshakes were pretty runny not thick at all.

The restaurant is kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has a convenient drive-thru. Many families enjoy their healthy food options available in the groceries section, including the A2 Protein Milk that is better for digestion. While wait times can be long, dining inside is a quicker option. Online ordering and pickup are also available, with friendly and efficient service. Customers have praised the generous portions and quality of food, stating it is worth the money. Though there have been some concerns about staff conversations when there is work to be done, overall experiences at Braum's remain positive, especially with the delicious ice cream and unique mix-ins.
