“Great ambiance and the barristas/staff are the best!!! We love the ever changing affogatos. The dirty chai affogatto is delicious. My favorite drink is the hot whole milk latte. Definitely surpasses the lattes I used to drink while in Italy. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Highly recommended.“

“My son tried for the first time and he really like the cotton candy wave. At the Norman fireworks show. I had went back to also try it after the show but they were already close and leaving. So happy to see there is a store just sad cause it’s 44 mins away.“

“A Great Spot to Relax. Even When They Forget About You!
I’m a huge fan of Braum’s, and I visit almost every day, sometimes for breakfast and even for lunch. Today I spent a long time at the location on NE 63rd, and overall, it was another great experience.
The restaurant was very clean and well-organized, and the parking lot is huge, plenty of space, which is always a plus. The bathrooms were also very clean (though one stall was out of order). I grabbed an apple from the fresh market side and just hung out, watching videos on my phone and reading the news. The air conditioning was nice and cool, making it a comfortable place to stay for a while.
The only hiccup was that they forgot about my egg and cheese sandwich, so I had to wait a bit longer than expected. But the lady who brought it to me was very nice and apologized, which I really appreciated. The guy who took my order was also super friendly.
Even with the small wait, I was very pleased with how things were run. Braum’s restaurants are still my favorite spots to relax and grab a bite!“

“I must admit. I am addicted to a medium strawberry shake with extra strawberry topping. I get one almost daily. I also enjoy their breakfast muffins and biscuit. There place is always clean. And their employees are very cheerful and kind.“

“We ordered a Bag Of Burgers with subtle changes! No ketchup on 2, add mustard to all five and mayo to three that still have ketchup. Clerk asked if we wanted cheese, NO THANKYOU TWICE, PICKLES? YES SO A VERY SIMPLE ORDER. I SHOULDVE CHECJED BEFORE LEAVING DRIVETHRU!! THEY MANAGED TO BUTCHER THE ORDER. CHEESE, EXTRA KETCHUP ON ALL NO PICKLES MUSTARD OR MAYO! SO WE HAVE 5 BURGERS DIVIDED BETWEEN OUR DOG AND NEIGHBORS DOGS...LOL ORDERED PIZZA. I called and spoke with manager Terry, he listened, and suggested refund or replace the order , I opted to have order replaced several days later with BIG CHANGES....LOL MAKE THEM DELUXES without ketchup add mustard. Initially Terry wasn't going to see things the consumers wY but with little coaxing he realized we were correct and made the order. I just wanted to say TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYONS AND THE BURGERS WERE DELICIOUS PROBABLY THE BEST THEYVE EVER MADE!!!

“The ice cream was great! However, finding the darn place was no easy feat. I walked around for 15mins, unknowingly passing by them at one point. I looked on the Penn square mall map and they're not listed on there anywhere. Online or in store.
They're on the second floor in the food court, in front of Dillard's and Sarku Japan. They're a little cubicle by themselves.“

“This was a quick stop through the drive-thru and exactly what we needed. We ordered a small kids’ meal, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The line moved fast, the order was accurate, and the food came out quickly without feeling rushed or sloppy. We were in and out in record time and back on the road with no hassle at all. For a simple, efficient stop when you don’t want surprises or delays, this location did exactly what it should.“

“Braums is somewhat of a cult classic for ice cream in Oklahoma. Something you might not know Is that they cold filter the water you get from the soda fountain. Its incredible!!! Random I know to think one could be so excited about water but it is just that good. So next time your in try it!“

“The ice cream was delicious. I got the Cappuccino Chunky Chocolate, and my husband got the Peanut Butter Cup. He also ordered the Chicken Strip Dinner and said it was good. The staff was very friendly even though we got there shortly before closing time and they looked like they had just gotten slammed. If we lived in OKC, we would visit Braum's again.“

You're going to need concessions, and this is a great place to get them. I especially love the shaved ice. It takes ice into a whole new dimension.“

“We got a cookie delivery today, and when I opened the door, my dog ran out and down the street. I was very nervous that the dog would get to the busy road outside our neighborhood, but Brianna, our delivery driver, saved the day! By the time I got in the car and was headed down the street, Brianna was headed back towards my house, and my ornery dog was happily sitting in her backseat. I cannot thank her enough! Oh, and the cookies were amazing as always! 10/10 for the driver and cookies!“
“Blue Bell would be a hands down five stars, my Granddaughter and I really enjoy the Great Divide product but take issue that the Name and Carton indicate we are getting 50% Chocolate and 50% Vanilla, NEVER the case, at best it is 1/3 Chocolate and 2/3 Vanilla. This seems less than honest to us.“

“Brauns is the Oklahoma staple they been the same since I was a kid l. Good ice cream and you can always depend on things being the same. Last time here for breakfast the biscuits were hard as a rock which was very odd but other than that we have been happy every time.“
