“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!“

“I was here Saturday around 4 pm give or take, a young male was working, i ordered the big carl, order of fried zucchini and a grilled chicken salad. The food was really good and hot, was a long wait but im sure that's cause they were cooking my food, no problem. The boy was rude, he handed me my food and walked off, I'm used to hearing a thank you when I get my food, so I waited cause I thought my order wasn't complete, he comes back to the window and just looks a me without saying anything, I said was that it, as I looked in my bag, realizing that it was all there, I drove off. Having good food is just part of getting return business, you also need to have good service, this may be why Carl's Jrs are closing and never have anyone in the drive thru, this one was actually out of my way, they closed mine down on SW 74 in Penn but I haven't had Carl's Jr in a while a kind of missed those burgers.“

It very obvious that a lot of care and effort is put into the quality of food and experience at this business.

Has to be one of the best options around for takeout, definitely beats any other chicken place around.

“Good flame grilled burgers, not greasy flat top. If flame is your thing, the burgers are good. However, you will have to check whether they are actually open. Despite hours posted online in various places and posted at their own front door, they appear to close at other times. Everything (including their own door) says lobby open until 10:00 but they closed more than hour early today. Not first time. If short staffed, post a note; people can be understanding but to just let people encounter inconsistency is not right.“

“I had rid myself of the Chick-fil-A temptation for about a year. In my last few experiences from some locations the chicken nuggets (my go to) weren't the same as I had come to love. Im a texture person, so if I'm getting something fried it has to have a crisp. Well for some time that along with the taste has been disappointing with me. Low and behold I endured up at this Chick-fil-A on an outing with my son. When seeing the line he insisted that we just head home and grab something from the one closer to our destination. Me on the other hand made the decision that going ahead and staying where we were would be best. For one we had be out to try a local spot but it was closed so I was hungry. Reasoning 2 was even if we went to the other one it's Chick-fil-A there's still gonna be a line but what if for some reason I miss out on an opportunity to get good, hot, crispy nuggets. I was willing to take that chance here since I've had the latter. We'll to sum it up my gut feeling did not disappoint. The food was so fresh and hot. As soon as I open the box of nuggets I was so amazed at the beautiful 12 crunchy delights in front of my. OMG they weren't burned nor soggy with soft breading. I sincerely thank you guys for sticking to a quality standard that didn't make me regret spending money which is always my ultimate goal when eating out. For all the fails I faced that day that meal was a big highlight for me.“

“I love the food here, but today I got a fruit cup instead of fries with my meal. There was literally 2 pieces of tangerine, 3 blueberries, 1 strawberry bit and 7 bits of apple in the cup. It barely filled half the container. I think I had to pay extra for the substitution as well. Surely, a great restaurant like Chic-fil-a can do better than this!.“

“I’ve always enjoyed the food, it’s always amazing, but today the team did something special I didn’t expect. After we finished our meal, one of the team members asked if my five kids would want free ice cream and I said sure. They led us around to the front and invited all of my kids to walk to the back and make their own ice cream cones on the machine. It was such a simple thing to offer but the gesture instilled wonder and excitement into all of my kids, even the 17 year old was impressed by the gesture. AnyWho, everything goes off without a hitch and low and behold Mr. James “the manager” is like girl where you been I ain’t seen you in such a long time and I let him know that the review was me. I give Mr. James a few more details and then really explains to him the meaning of taco Bueno to us I have three sons 15 11 & 6
15-year-old just so happens to be autistic. We love our same order every single time. We never get anything new large Fanta chicken roll up party burrito party quesadilla is literally become an afterschool ritual every day damn near the reason why I was so passionate about the integrity of my review is because my son doesn’t know the bigger picture. The principal behind things sometimes all he knows is his same order every day when that was disrupted inevitably, and unfortunately, it sent my son into an episode since our last visit we have literally went clear cross town to the other taco Bueno so our ritual and day can go smoother. Mr James watery eyed and apologetic let me know exactly how important my boy is to his taco Bueno and has agreed to treat him to his next meal. Now one thing is for certain and two things are for sure. You can pop up the building, rehydrate some beans, and move a line pretty much anywhere in the city and it will do pretty good but one thing you can’t get is quality of not only the service but the food as well. Every time I have come to this specific location not only is Mr. James in the front taking orders he’s running behind the line, preparing food, running back around to wrap and bag all while. Asking for an update of whatever life circumstance he was briefed on last visit. Mr. James not only cares about his store and you can tell because when he’s there, baby, you could eat food off any surface, but Mr. James also cares about every single one of his guest in no way shape or form would he ever stand for harassment because of a previous visit.
And as promised I will 100000% contact Mr. Bueno HIMSELF lol if ever anything so atrocious ever happens at his store again

“This was a wonderful experience. I brought my 85 year old mother for lunch. The ordering was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was cooked to perfection.
We split a Reuban Sandwich, had Jalepeno Poppers, with Bronco Berry Sauce, and a orange cream shake
