“I love Arby's but this one had been nothing but either poor service, closed during normal hours (7pm) and poor food quality(cold and/or old). this one is right around the corner from my house but I will drive over to the one on 12th and janeway from now on. or even the one on 104th and May. We were giving it another chance but 3x and your out for us. I know our family isn't going to make or break a store or people's opinions but something needs to change at this location weather it's management or what.“

“Mar 2026 - all good food service and atmosphere. I did notice they are serving cut up chicken breast vs the tenders. Kind of interesting... i don't mind the change but it goes against the founders business model. The food is still good. This location had great service and a typical Cai s atmosphere inside.“

“I came through the drive thru tonight and had a decently big and modified order, the young man that was taking my order was more than respectful as well as patient and very helpful overall in the end with decision making as well, short story short the food was wonderful and the customer service they had was absolutely impeccable!“

“Had chicken nuggets fresh from the frier. The okra was fresh and very tasty. The rolls was soft fresh. Fried pickles was on the little over done side. Had the coleslaw it was cold with good crunch. It just needed some pepper. The fried steak sandwich was good for a quick fix but it not the best I had. Would I recommend eating here yes. Would i recommend comeing back yes.“

“I am leaving the five-star review because of Logan and her close co-workers! Now, the overall service, including the cake experience and fast food service, I would give it a 3.5-star review. Back in 2023 (the only two times we tried eating fries in Dairy Queen), the fast food process was inefficient, and the staff made it look like we were part of the problem! The cake ordering and delivery were significantly better however! Yes, there were some misunderstandings and “slip-ups”, but that was rare. And when it did happen, they, particularly Logan, fixed the problem in the most wonderful way!!! Logan is such a sweetheart (I haven’t gotten the chance to meet her personally yet)! She’s always sweet and eager to take my custom cake order and make it herself! And her cakes are superb! She always has a resolution to any problem that arises! In conclusion, I will say this: Do they make delicious cakes? Yes! Is their service good? Mostly. So, despite some errors, I will continue to order cakes from them because Logan is a fantastic cake maker and an enthusiastic person who always knows how to solve problems!“

“First time ever trying Chicken Express was the location in Moore, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was top-notch.

I have just one request for the corporate team: Please, please consider building a location closer to the Northwest Expressway! We definitely need one on this side of town. Highly recommend!“

“I had a problem with this location before swore I was never going to go back but then yesterday I decide to go back so I could get the venison Burger I mentioned what had happened previously how I was treated very rudely by the young girls working they were laughing and making fun of me I guess because i'm handicapped or Maybe because I have a mohawk but anyways the manager working yesterday apologized for them even though it wasn't his fault Plus gave me my salad and my drink for free I thought that was very sweet of him it redeem my faith in that place he didn't have to do what he did I felt he cared about his customers“

“I recommend only because for the most part in the drive through it has been ok. I have never been inside. Apparently special orders still throw you off. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, no onion or ketchup. It was repeated back to me twice. Got home-they held the onion & ketchup & oops, the bacon! So aggravating.“

“Stopped by this weekend, first time eating in their dining area since before the pandemic started and had really missed it. The young lady who took our order was super friendly and welcoming. Our order was brought out to the table. One of the orders was wrong, the manager apologized and corrected it immediately. Great service and the food was yummy.
