I stopped here around 730 and to my dismay, the drive-through line was backed all the way around the building and I almost left because I just didn’t care if I ate, I just wanted to shower and lay down! But I didn’t leave. I got in the back of the line at 7:31 and had my food and driving away at 7:38! The girls at both windows were so nice and professional, the food was fresh, hot, and accurate! Glad I stopped here tonight! Great job Canes!“

“I love Arby's but this one had been nothing but either poor service, closed during normal hours (7pm) and poor food quality(cold and/or old). this one is right around the corner from my house but I will drive over to the one on 12th and janeway from now on. or even the one on 104th and May. We were giving it another chance but 3x and your out for us. I know our family isn't going to make or break a store or people's opinions but something needs to change at this location weather it's management or what.“

“I am leaving the five-star review because of Logan and her close co-workers! Now, the overall service, including the cake experience and fast food service, I would give it a 3.5-star review. Back in 2023 (the only two times we tried eating fries in Dairy Queen), the fast food process was inefficient, and the staff made it look like we were part of the problem! The cake ordering and delivery were significantly better however! Yes, there were some misunderstandings and “slip-ups”, but that was rare. And when it did happen, they, particularly Logan, fixed the problem in the most wonderful way!!! Logan is such a sweetheart (I haven’t gotten the chance to meet her personally yet)! She’s always sweet and eager to take my custom cake order and make it herself! And her cakes are superb! She always has a resolution to any problem that arises! In conclusion, I will say this: Do they make delicious cakes? Yes! Is their service good? Mostly. So, despite some errors, I will continue to order cakes from them because Logan is a fantastic cake maker and an enthusiastic person who always knows how to solve problems!“

“wanting something customizable and a quick to-go, my brother and i stopped by tonight. our first impressions were that it was clean, quick, staff were polite and patient, and it may become a quicker pick than chipotle. my first impressions were stuck on an employee at the moore location with red hair who had offered her suggestions when i had said i had never been before. not only did the suggestion make for an amazing meal, but she was a very kind face to be greeted with without any fake-feeling hospitality. the portions are a little smaller, but as someone who worries about receiving extra large portions i can’t store well, this worked well for me. foods looked well prepared and fresh as well as smelling amazing on the assembly bar. my brother and i got full bowls (no extra portions) for about $20 without added chips or drinks. a huge thank you for the lovely experience we had tonight, even if just to-go customers, and i hope to return very soon.“

I asked for a corn dog and to add ketchup and mustard.... never did i think they'd put the corn dog in its bag and literally squirt ketchup and mustard inside the bag????..... did not look appetizing- threw it away... thanks for that. “I recommend only because for the most part in the drive through it has been ok. I have never been inside. Apparently special orders still throw you off. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, no onion or ketchup. It was repeated back to me twice. Got home-they held the onion & ketchup & oops, the bacon! So aggravating.“

“The staff was very friendly the first trip in and went above and beyond to make everything that trip better. Which lead to a second trip back a week or so later. This time I couldn't get the online thing to work so I called them. Not one time did they make me feel dumb but instead showed compassion and respect. All while making sure I was taken care of and got my mistake fixed quickly. Very kind staff both trips. The manager definitely leads by example.“
