“I love Arby's but this one had been nothing but either poor service, closed during normal hours (7pm) and poor food quality(cold and/or old). this one is right around the corner from my house but I will drive over to the one on 12th and janeway from now on. or even the one on 104th and May. We were giving it another chance but 3x and your out for us. I know our family isn't going to make or break a store or people's opinions but something needs to change at this location weather it's management or what.“

“Mar 2026 - all good food service and atmosphere. I did notice they are serving cut up chicken breast vs the tenders. Kind of interesting... i don't mind the change but it goes against the founders business model. The food is still good. This location had great service and a typical Cai s atmosphere inside.“

“Most of the time the food is always hot. In any given moment if you wanted fish or poppers they made you wait for fresh. Now if you don’t ask for them fresh you may or may not get fresh. I don’t like rubber fish and if it isn’t hot & crispy, it’s rubber to me!“

“I came through the drive thru tonight and had a decently big and modified order, the young man that was taking my order was more than respectful as well as patient and very helpful overall in the end with decision making as well, short story short the food was wonderful and the customer service they had was absolutely impeccable!“

I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, no onion or ketchup. It was repeated back to me twice. Got home-they held the onion & ketchup & oops, the bacon! So aggravating.“

“I am leaving the five-star review because of Logan and her close co-workers! Now, the overall service, including the cake experience and fast food service, I would give it a 3.5-star review. Back in 2023 (the only two times we tried eating fries in Dairy Queen), the fast food process was inefficient, and the staff made it look like we were part of the problem! The cake ordering and delivery were significantly better however! Yes, there were some misunderstandings and “slip-ups”, but that was rare. And when it did happen, they, particularly Logan, fixed the problem in the most wonderful way!!! Logan is such a sweetheart (I haven’t gotten the chance to meet her personally yet)! She’s always sweet and eager to take my custom cake order and make it herself! And her cakes are superb! She always has a resolution to any problem that arises! In conclusion, I will say this: Do they make delicious cakes? Yes! Is their service good? Mostly. So, despite some errors, I will continue to order cakes from them because Logan is a fantastic cake maker and an enthusiastic person who always knows how to solve problems!“

“7 years ago I said the Restroom was dirty, well they have really turned it around. The food is always very Good and the Service is Excellent. The restaurant is always clean including the Restroom. Great Place to have a Good Dinner and also enjoy a Excellent Sinnamon Roll which is always so good to have after dinner !“

I asked for a corn dog and to add ketchup and mustard.... never did i think they'd put the corn dog in its bag and literally squirt ketchup and mustard inside the bag????..... did not look appetizing- threw it away... thanks for that. “Still the best McDonald's on the south side of town in my opinion. Unlike with some of the other locations that I've gone to. This location actually took the time to greet me, Something that a lot of McDonald's locations on the south side of the metro and Norman fail to do.“

You can tell people are putting in effort and taking pride in their work, which makes a difference. I’ve never had any issues, and the service has been consistently positive every time I come in.“
