“Cains chicken is always the most and tasty. I am disappointed in the chicken serving size since COVID, they cut the strip size down by about 40% and have kept it that way and the prices are still the same. So it is not the value it once was. My bread was slightly toasted on the underside, which I like. Good was piping hot and fresh.“

“I am a regular customer at Zaxby's and I just love how I can come up to the drive-thru and ask for fresh chicken and fresh cookies and they always make my food fresh and the manager Marcella D.... Has been such a pleasure to work with I love her hospitality and the way she takes my order with no problem she knows exactly who I am and she makes me feel very comfortable here when ordering food fresh to go and cookies fresh to go and also the cheesecake bites she got me interested in trying because I've never tried the cheesecake bike I'm used to the funnel cake but because of her I love the cheesecake bites and I love the fresh cookies that she bakes for me and turns the oven on for me every time that I come around 12 in the afternoon or 8:00 p.m. at night no matter what time if she is here I know that I can get my food and my dessert fresh and I just love her hospitality and her great customer service she's never rude or disrespectful she's fast quick and she has very good hospitality thank you so much for the great customer service that she provides I would definitely be recommended my family and my friends here and I will definitely be back for more great customer service and food....?????“

“This is the first Church's that I have been to that once I got home, the food was still hot after a 7 mile trip to home. On top of that, Crystal was the most amazing and sincere lady, there with one other worker and training him as well of running drive thru and counter. I live by the 59th and Kentucky area. Me and the family were on our way back from a Labor Day weekend getaway, and we decided to stop by KFC.
The food was good. Place seemed a bit understaffed (I think I saw 3 or 4 employees working), but they were nice, and our food was handed to us in 5 minutes or so.
The dining room was clean, and so was the restroom, like for real, kudos to the staff for a men's bathroom that doesn't smell funny as you get in. They even have a diaper changing station, something I don't see very often on a men's restroom.

Something that could improve is that, according to my mom, the filet for her sandwich was too small, and the bottom bun was hard, but that was just her being picky...
My overall experience at Moore's KFC was very pleasant. I would definitely be back if I'm in the area again.“

“Over 100 degrees out the day I ate here but I still got some hot chicken sliders. I ordered the double sandwich, fries and a side of Mac n cheese. It was all great. Not overly spicy but they have options to make it spicy or not. Will return when back in town“
