“The Lawton location has been outstanding until today. We went through the drive-through for a pick up order, got home and our food was so wet both meals had soaked completely through the cardboard boxes leaving an unappetizing puddle in the bottom of the plastic bag. There’s no reason for that sort of poor preparation. Debating whether we’ll go back or not.“

“I was impressed by the hot fresh food and service I reviewed at KFC. My chicken was juicy and tender. Biscuits by Arthur were fresh and moist. I recieved everything I asked for. Willy has great customer service and is always laughing. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Oh and the pot pies are outstanding.“

“**somehow changed to "recommends"... we do NOT recommend** My mother decided to treat us to Chick fil A for a family get together this evening, so she put an order in right about 5. She had to call to correct the address that was in the app. We got a notification that the food was delivered but hadn't received it, so I called the store to check. It turned out that it was delivered to the wrong address, so the manager, Jared, said they would take care of it and get our order to the right address as soon as they could. The folks that received our food called us to see if they could help get our food to us, but we told them Chick-fil-A was already in the process of taking care of us. After waiting about an hour, we tried calling again but the lines were tied up - we left a message but didn't get a call back. Eventually I went up there to resolve the situation and was told they couldn't do anything because the food was accepted at the wrong address. So we are now sitting here figuring out what to eat after 2 and a half hours and my kids are very disappointed, not to mention my mother who just got robbed out of $180. We have always believed Chick-fil-A's customer service was reliable, but this is worse than even the mediocre fast food places. Terribly upsetting.“
