“Five Guys in Lawton, OK is one of my autistic son’s safe places to eat. He LOVES Five Guys. It is also one of my safe places because it is Celiac friendly and I never get sick after eating there. There is a worker there named Camron who always goes out of his way to talk to my autistic son and be extra nice to us. My son actually lights up and responds to Camron, which is pretty rare for him. We talked to Camron again today when we went to Five Guys, and were sad to learn he is going to be moving out of state soon. He insisted on getting a photo with us and said that my son was really special to him. Every time my son Judah gets his food, he always exclaims “FRENCH FRIES!!!!” In pure excitement. Camron said it always made his day to hear Judah’s excitement for French fries. Thankful for people like Camron who go out of their way to be extra kind and accommodating to our family. 🥰🙌🏼 @fiveguys we appreciate you!“

My frustration is with the stalls not being 100% I was unable to leave a tip after running my card and I felt really bad. Dominique was my car hop, and he was very professional, and had a positive attitude even though I was unable to leave him a tip, as I did not have any cash on me.

Just his attitude alone would be enough for a return visit. Hold on to employees like him. Also to everyone behind the scenes, your efforts do not go unnoticed. If no one told you today, Great job!“

“I’ve eaten chicken express in Lawton many times over the past three years. Literally every single time, the customer service has been amazing. They treat you like a friend. The food has always been great, and the price can’t be beat. I made the mistake of going to KFC one time since I’ve been here, and will never go again. The customer service sucked!!!! “**somehow changed to "recommends"... we do NOT recommend** My mother decided to treat us to Chick fil A for a family get together this evening, so she put an order in right about 5. She had to call to correct the address that was in the app. We got a notification that the food was delivered but hadn't received it, so I called the store to check. It turned out that it was delivered to the wrong address, so the manager, Jared, said they would take care of it and get our order to the right address as soon as they could. The folks that received our food called us to see if they could help get our food to us, but we told them Chick-fil-A was already in the process of taking care of us. After waiting about an hour, we tried calling again but the lines were tied up - we left a message but didn't get a call back. Eventually I went up there to resolve the situation and was told they couldn't do anything because the food was accepted at the wrong address. So we are now sitting here figuring out what to eat after 2 and a half hours and my kids are very disappointed, not to mention my mother who just got robbed out of $180. We have always believed Chick-fil-A's customer service was reliable, but this is worse than even the mediocre fast food places. Terribly upsetting.“

“Is in the only person eating Arby's as my cousin said. Then I'll be the only one. I love Arby's. They misquoted my order 3 times. I corrected it. When I got home I had the wrong order but it rang up as the one they quoted. But when I went back they gave me the right order. The manager was very friendly. And of course my fries were cold so I didn't eat them. It's the trend I guess.“

“Food was good but instead of having grilled onions on our patty melt they just cut up raw onions and put it on our sandwich. If they would have put grilled onions on it like we have always gotten them or would of been a five star . The raw onions must be a Oklahoma thing because in Texas they grill the onions on for the patty melt.“

“I used a coupon for 2 can dine for like $15 and it was worth it. Got everything the way I wanted except I ordered cheese and didn't get it but I wasn't charged for it. So I can't complain. Service was great. Very nice and polite. Our food was hot and thats a huge plus in my book. I did try to do the survey and the receipt was blurry and didn't have the store number required to take the survey for the free whopper.“

“Service and quality were great! Came in after being turned away from their sister location due to being unable to navigate the mobile app with their system. Not only did they take my mobile order with no issue, the food was out very quickly with zero mistakes. Not to mention they were in the middle of a lunch rush and the place was packed, they still provided great customer service! The lady at the window was really rude and kept cutting us off, and we got down the road to realize half our order was missing after we asked, and she rudely said it was all there and when we went back she was even ruder. Normally, we don't ever deal with her at the window.“
