“Five Guys in Lawton, OK is one of my autistic son’s safe places to eat. He LOVES Five Guys. It is also one of my safe places because it is Celiac friendly and I never get sick after eating there. There is a worker there named Camron who always goes out of his way to talk to my autistic son and be extra nice to us. My son actually lights up and responds to Camron, which is pretty rare for him. We talked to Camron again today when we went to Five Guys, and were sad to learn he is going to be moving out of state soon. He insisted on getting a photo with us and said that my son was really special to him. Every time my son Judah gets his food, he always exclaims “FRENCH FRIES!!!!” In pure excitement. Camron said it always made his day to hear Judah’s excitement for French fries. Thankful for people like Camron who go out of their way to be extra kind and accommodating to our family. 🥰🙌🏼 @fiveguys we appreciate you!“

“Normally have their food for lunch which is always great. Had them cater my daughter's graduation dinner and they were absolutely great! A taste of great Puerto Rican food that we didn't have to cook.“

With all the tipping businesses are wanting these days I expected the same from here. Managed to give tip money which I was more than happy to do. Happy young people working hard. She had to call to correct the address that was in the app. We got a notification that the food was delivered but hadn't received it, so I called the store to check. It turned out that it was delivered to the wrong address, so the manager, Jared, said they would take care of it and get our order to the right address as soon as they could. The folks that received our food called us to see if they could help get our food to us, but we told them Chick-fil-A was already in the process of taking care of us. After waiting about an hour, we tried calling again but the lines were tied up - we left a message but didn't get a call back. Eventually I went up there to resolve the situation and was told they couldn't do anything because the food was accepted at the wrong address. So we are now sitting here figuring out what to eat after 2 and a half hours and my kids are very disappointed, not to mention my mother who just got robbed out of $180. We have always believed Chick-fil-A's customer service was reliable, but this is worse than even the mediocre fast food places. Terribly upsetting.“

“I’ve eaten chicken express in Lawton many times over the past three years. Literally every single time, the customer service has been amazing. They treat you like a friend. The food has always been great, and the price can’t be beat. I made the mistake of going to KFC one time since I’ve been here, and will never go again. The customer service sucked!!!! “This is above average in my experience for Taco Bell! I’ve been to several different locations. There wasn’t a line, the cashier was friendly, they made my order in 2 minutes, the toast on the burrito was proper(some Taco Bells don’t get the tortilla browned right), and the sauces are there to grab ad libitum. This location is in the Fort Sill Px so it is mall style, no drive through. There is seating in the center of the Px. My burritos were properly filled by Taco Bell standards (not completely full but an acceptable amount of meat, fixings). Great value! The atmosphere is a small relaxed mall. Of course lots of army.“

“Service and quality were great! Came in after being turned away from their sister location due to being unable to navigate the mobile app with their system. Not only did they take my mobile order with no issue, the food was out very quickly with zero mistakes. Not to mention they were in the middle of a lunch rush and the place was packed, they still provided great customer service! I wish I'd gotten the cashier and managers names because they (and the rest of the crew) deserve the highest praise!“

I got a white rice, black-bean, chicken, and queso bowl with chips and queso, as well as a cookie because I love sweets and everything was great! I wasn't expecting to go home with any leftover but they give you great portions! The chips and questions are just fantastic and the cookie was great.

The people who work there were super nice and energetic despite it being a quarter past seven at night. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Service was great, food was great, everything was clean.

“Food was good but instead of having grilled onions on our patty melt they just cut up raw onions and put it on our sandwich. If they would have put grilled onions on it like we have always gotten them or would of been a five star . The raw onions must be a Oklahoma thing because in Texas they grill the onions on for the patty melt.“

“This Subway location is the best I have experienced in years. I started to worry about Subway’s future existence but this location has given me hope that there are still locations that ownership and or management still care about customers. We visited on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The inside was clean, the staff seemed to be wry happy and positive, the food was fresh and a big point for me is the veggie case. The veggies were fresh and didn’t have the appearance they had been sitting there for hours drying out. Another point I will mention is that there were at least 3 employees working. May have been more, possibly a manger in back but there were three bodies on the line making sandwiches and checking customers out. Subways in general run the minimum amount of employees (which in my experience is always one) and they are usually overworked and stressed and don’t always provide the best quality of service. Thank you to whoever owns this location. We were visiting family in the Comanche County Hospital and our experience at your establishment made our visit to Lawton, OK a little more enjoyable.“

“I used a coupon for 2 can dine for like $15 and it was worth it. Got everything the way I wanted except I ordered cheese and didn't get it but I wasn't charged for it. So I can't complain. Service was great. Very nice and polite. Our food was hot and thats a huge plus in my book. I did try to do the survey and the receipt was blurry and didn't have the store number required to take the survey for the free whopper.“
