Last three orders, my husband and I have picked up to take home have been wrong. The first one omitted his sandwich, the second one omitted his fries, and then yesterday my nuggets were left out of the order.
So disappointing. Rarely do I have an opportunity to have one of my children and grandchildren here during today for lunch and they completely ruined our meal. The manager was not concerned when I talked to her.

We had a wonderful time at the VIP event held today. Shout out to Erin the event coordinator who had everything decorated so beautifully and really made us feel special. Johnathan Pickett even gave us a behind the scenes kitchen tour. We couldn’t believe everything was hand battered!! Wow!! Great job team.
I thought that it would be nice having a Chick-fil-A on the west side since it’s close. However, I find myself driving all the way to Cache Road still for speed and dependability.
Yesterday morning, I spent 23 minutes in the drive-through waiting for my mobile order. I have never had to wait that long at the Cache Road location. Very frustrating because I know the potential.
