“I was just a little disappointed in my lastest breakfast visit. I always ordered the ultimate omelette biscuit. But apparently they now just have a loaded omelette biscuit, or maybe I'm just getting old and couldn't find it, lol. It was still good, but definitely not the same! Lol. Store was clean as it usually is when I go in. I've never had a bad experience with the staff at this place, always great service. Overall if you want a quick bite with good service, eat here.“

“Stopped in for an early breakfast on our way to Oklahoma! Service was excellent with very patient and friendly employees. Food was served quickly, and hot and fresh! Resturant was clean, but looked a bit like a rush may have just come through....not a big deal but more of just a needed a tidying up. My preteens were so excited about the conplimentary mouthwash in the bathrooms! A first and neat find! Would definitely recommend a stop for a good meal and great service!“

“I love Golden Chick not only for the food but for the hard work that the employees put in considering all of the Bs that they endure... People need to understand and realize that some things are beyond their control and that they do the best they can with what they're given. So hats off to the two managers that always seem to work together. The one with the unique color changing eyes and the tall slim one with the pretty nails... They might as well move in because one of them is always there keeping everything under control. Great job ladies!!!! And if it was up to me... “The kitchen staff did fabulous as they always do. Our taco salads were full to the brim! Lettuce was crispy and fresh. Everyone is friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who takes care of the dining room. You have a gem of an employee in her. We work Tue-Thur in WF and eat at Maplewood location often.“

“We (Holliday Elementary)had subs and a few salads catered today from Firehouse Subs for our monthly PayDay Luncheon. The entire experience was awesome! I think I spoke with every manager there setting up our order lol. Each of them were awesome to work with. Our order was perfect and the meals were so good! Everything was very delicious! Loved the balsamic vinaigrette. The cookies were also amazing! Highly recommend!“

“Went through drive through to get a To go order. SPECIFICALLY ordered fries with NO SALT. The fries that were received were NOT fresh but hot. These fries were re dipped!
We threw them away!

“The food business is really tough right now, getting good employees can be tough. I used the app to get a BOGO of the loaded Italian (sandwich was a little small) & the Turkey Bcn ranch. I used the restroom quick & my food was ready. Most fast food places suck these days. You did good! Helps that it is Wichita Falls! I get called sir all of the time here!“

“Sarah is amazing. She was professional courteous very fast. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any golden chick.

She asked, follow up questions and ensure that we were completely satisfied.

I don’t know how much influence I have, but I would highly encourage the management team to consider her for promotion. She seems like the kind of person to me that would be able to handle a lot more than her current position..

“I love Chick-fil-A and I am happy we got our order in .05 seconds, but it is too hot outside for these poor kids to be taking peoples orders in 104 degree heat. I think we can wait a little longer if that meant they could stay out of the heat. There was just us and one other car.“

“The girl at the register took her time. We were looking at the menu and she suggested us using the kiosk. Then took a long time getting back to take our order. She had hickys very large all over her neck. It was all good tho. I ordered my burger with mayo on the side, she forgot to give it. Then the tacos came with hot sauce on the tacos which was not posted on the menu. So I had to go back and order a special taco again. The food its self was OK. It's just not my cup of tea.
But cost was $31 for 3 people cause tacos were only $1 each. 1 person had tacos and the other 2 had combo meals. My mine issue was the workers are way relaxed they didn't care to see you waiting at the register. We were the only people in the there after we ordered, another family came in and they waited a little bit as well.“

“As a Fort Worth plant who orders a lot of doordash, I was very disappointed in most all of the places until I found this gem. The food is always hot and delicious, it is my go to for fast food in town! I have not had the privilege to go in person yet, however this is my favorite place to eat in town when I want something I know will be 10/10! My kids love it too, and cant beat the value of their meals.“

“The Mrs. and I went in for lunch, meatball sub is my jam. Bread was soft meatballs where fresh and hot and the Mrs. salad was on point and fresh for her. The guy behind the counter knows how to handle the line of customers, he engaged everyone as soon as they came through the door. It felt like the Subways we grew up with in the 80s-90s. “I work late shifts and usually get free around 10pm at night. This is one of the only open places at night that I can get dinner from on my way home. Despite arriving there near their closing time which is 11pm, the staff is always smiling and welcoming. They are very accommodating and take care of my order always with all care is detail and restrictions and never rush me considering it’s near their closing time. Really had good experience at this site.“

“It's chili dog time yeahhhh so basically yeah if you want like a chili dog or something, my knowledge just is like the best place to get it from a fast food joint. I can't really even ever think of anywhere else that has chili dogs in the menu. So yeah I would definitely say that Sonic gets a spot. Most people like their drinks but I think some people would be impressed or not impressed but not this happy if they gave the food a chance. Some of the food is pretty okay. The hamburgers are kind of lackluster, but like I said the chili cheese dog is pretty good and pretty much all of their sides are like blessings from God. You know you got the cheese sticks. You got the the tater tots. Their french fries are pretty good like they got down their side game. So you know if you just want like a little snack, get that also back to the weiner category. They're corn dogs are real good too. They're you're delicious and yummy and you put them in your mouth. Anyhow, I definitely would recommend Sonic, especially if you've never had it before, which I'd be like. Wow! You've never had a sonic but whatever yep.“

“I am happy to say that Wendy’s here on Kemp has almost fixed its fly problem....a couple of months ago they (the flies) had taken over and had kitchen staff doing battle while trying to put orders together. Now it’s down to just a couple dozen stragglers (the flies).“

The 2 girls that were working today were so quick to help us and they were so kind but not only was the service great but the food was good (no brown lettuce) and the place was CLEAN!! Like super clean!!

I don't just look for reasons to give a bad review but after noticing that nearly all the drink lables were facing the same way (which is impressive on its own) I started looking around and I noticed ALL the tables were clean and wiped down, the floor was clean, the trash cans were clean, the counters were clean, so I looked up and sure enough, even the vents were clean!!

This Subway is definitely doing something right!! By far the best one I've been to!!“

“My husband is a marine vet today he walked into this store to use their restroom and the woman manager there had told us that this was not a public restroom and told to leave when in fact he had money in his pocket he just had a emergency to the bathroom first and they made him leave he and I have spent a lot of money there and this is the first time they had told us we had to go and couldn’t use there restroom they will be reported to the BBB in the next couple days“

“I order here often and take food to the nearby nursing home. The tacos and burritos are always fresh, full, and delicious. I usually have to modify something in the order, and it's always done correctly. I love that they pay attention to detail and are friendly and fast on top of everything else.“

The restaurant/restrooms were spotless and the staff was top notch. We live rural, so stop in everytime we pass through Gainesville and get enough food for a few meals.“
