“Stopped in for an early breakfast on our way to Oklahoma! Service was excellent with very patient and friendly employees. Food was served quickly, and hot and fresh! Resturant was clean, but looked a bit like a rush may have just come through....not a big deal but more of just a needed a tidying up. My preteens were so excited about the conplimentary mouthwash in the bathrooms! A first and neat find! Would definitely recommend a stop for a good meal and great service!“

But apparently they now just have a loaded omelette biscuit, or maybe I'm just getting old and couldn't find it, lol. It was still good, but definitely not the same! Lol. Store was clean as it usually is when I go in. I've never had a bad experience with the staff at this place, always great service. Overall if you want a quick bite with good service, eat here.“

“We (Holliday Elementary)had subs and a few salads catered today from Firehouse Subs for our monthly PayDay Luncheon. The entire experience was awesome! I think I spoke with every manager there setting up our order lol. Each of them were awesome to work with. Our order was perfect and the meals were so good! Everything was very delicious! Loved the balsamic vinaigrette. The cookies were also amazing! Highly recommend!“

People need to understand and realize that some things are beyond their control and that they do the best they can with what they're given. So hats off to the two managers that always seem to work together. The one with the unique color changing eyes and the tall slim one with the pretty nails... They might as well move in because one of them is always there keeping everything under control. Great job ladies!!!! And if it was up to me... I'd definitely change the customer is always right policy because that's just a gateway for people to scam for free food and also drives up your waste costs at the end of the day..“

“The food business is really tough right now, getting good employees can be tough. I used the app to get a BOGO of the loaded Italian (sandwich was a little small) & the Turkey Bcn ranch. I used the restroom quick & my food was ready. Most fast food places suck these days. You did good! Helps that it is Wichita Falls! I get called sir all of the time here!“

“Today was my first time ever eating at Qdoba. We walked in a restaurant where the staff was lighthearted and kind. You could tell they all got along with one another. They were all smiling, pleasant, and helpful while working on Labor Day. The food was yummy, and I will definitely be back. Great job Qdoba Wichita Falls.“

“I work late shifts and usually get free around 10pm at night. This is one of the only open places at night that I can get dinner from on my way home. Despite arriving there near their closing time which is 11pm, the staff is always smiling and welcoming. They are very accommodating and take care of my order always with all care is detail and restrictions and never rush me considering it’s near their closing time. Really had good experience at this site.“

“The Mrs. and I went in for lunch, meatball sub is my jam. Bread was soft meatballs where fresh and hot and the Mrs. salad was on point and fresh for her. The guy behind the counter knows how to handle the line of customers, he engaged everyone as soon as they came through the door. It felt like the Subways we grew up with in the 80s-90s. “I feel bad to say that.. but.. since I am in US (2years) it was first black girls ever that was nice to me. Yeah such a welcoming country, huh? :D I am a blond, blue eyes, European accent.. darker girls definitely hate me here.. Usually just act like they don’t see me, never greets me, never say goodbye. Always rude.
But THESE GIRLS were more than nice, they were so lovely & profesional I will remember them.. Sidnetra even did what Subway staff never does,- she checked if my veggie patty is not cold (They many times are). She was really lovely & Tyra too & 3d Latino girl too.

Vegetarian options: Way too little vegan options. But I will always say that everywhere. Ppl in United States eats so bad 🥴🤢🤮 too much meat everywhere.

The 2 girls that were working today were so quick to help us and they were so kind but not only was the service great but the food was good (no brown lettuce) and the place was CLEAN!! Like super clean!!

I don't just look for reasons to give a bad review but after noticing that nearly all the drink lables were facing the same way (which is impressive on its own) I started looking around and I noticed ALL the tables were clean and wiped down, the floor was clean, the trash cans were clean, the counters were clean, so I looked up and sure enough, even the vents were clean!!

This Subway is definitely doing something right!! By far the best one I've been to!!“

“I order here often and take food to the nearby nursing home. The tacos and burritos are always fresh, full, and delicious. I usually have to modify something in the order, and it's always done correctly. I love that they pay attention to detail and are friendly and fast on top of everything else.“

“The staff here was AMAZINGLY AWESOME. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere felt like home for the clients. We are a group home from Helen Farabee and the clients was so pleased and happy about being at this Subway. Thank you so much Morgan and Alicia for giving 100% to the clients. “The girl at the register took her time. We were looking at the menu and she suggested us using the kiosk. Then took a long time getting back to take our order. She had hickys very large all over her neck. It was all good tho. I ordered my burger with mayo on the side, she forgot to give it. Then the tacos came with hot sauce on the tacos which was not posted on the menu. So I had to go back and order a special taco again. The food its self was OK. It's just not my cup of tea.
But cost was $31 for 3 people cause tacos were only $1 each. 1 person had tacos and the other 2 had combo meals. My mine issue was the workers are way relaxed they didn't care to see you waiting at the register. We were the only people in the there after we ordered, another family came in and they waited a little bit as well.“

“I am happy to say that Wendy’s here on Kemp has almost fixed its fly problem....a couple of months ago they (the flies) had taken over and had kitchen staff doing battle while trying to put orders together. Now it’s down to just a couple dozen stragglers (the flies).“

They reassured me that they were working on my order after an extreme situation causing setbacks was resolved.
Despite the stress they were under, I was spoken to respectfully and with genuine sympathy for how my order wasn't ready by the time the estimate gave. An unexpectedly high level of professionalism for the circumstances.
