“Had my first visit yesterday where I met the employee Gracelynn. I tried to walk in the door because I didn’t know it was only a drive through lol instead of attacking me for being an intruder she was so very understanding and explained the entire menu to me. I told her that since it was my first trip I wanted a suprise and man did she deliver. It was so good I came back the next day with my daughter where I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and also seeing Gracelynn again where I took the opportunity to tell him how good of a job she was doing. I have 100% found my new favorite spot for my weekly sweet treat! Thank you pinky’s!!!“

“Love Carl’s Jr. I was almost late for the breakfast menu, so I called & ask could I call in a order, so kind, Elena the cook was sooo sweet & said Yes I would be happy to take your order, I gave my name, got there my order was ready, I really don’t go anywhere else for a hamburger etc. They are ALWAYS kind, smiles, Food is always great ⭐️ I wouldn’t go anywhere else & I don’t, Great people, great food, amazing great customer service ⭐️“

“If you use the app from the Google Play Store they will mistakenly think you're Door Dash. The last two times I have ordered they refuse to hand me the bag with my purchases and place it on a nearby table. The first time I ordered here that didn't happen. This time the man mumbled something to the effect that is what they do with Door Dash orders. I called the restaurant and spoke with Tammy who identified as a member of management. She informed me that the app I am using is a Door Dash app and they charge more. However, when i asked about the prices they are exactly what is on the menu with no upcharge. She said the best way to order was either at the counter or call the place directly. We have used other Chicken Express locations, albeit not in the south central Oklahoma area and never had this problem. I will take her advice should we decide to eat here again and call them directly or just wait to arrive and order. Tammy was very pleasant and professional about the situation.

“Already had the app on my phone & was trying to get the points added to the 72 I already had & the lady asked what I was doing. I explained & she went to ask the Manager how to do it & she didn’t know either, so she cut my bill in half!!! Wow what a sweetie!!! ❤️❤️❤️“

She was very attentive to my order and asked questions when unsure of my preferences. She also informed me of promotions in store and on the app. She made me have an overall pleasant experience 10/10 employee!!“

“Please do not let the low score keep you from an exceptional experience. On August 10, 2026 My wife and I enjoyed this Popeyes location and will be repeat customers bringing who we can with us. Our order consisted of Blackened, Spicy & Regular Chicken Tenders with sides of potatoes and gravy, fries, black beans and rice and the coleslaw. The food was fresh, chicken moist, the dipping sauces recommended by the staff were a perfect fit and the establishment was well taken care of and very clean. The staff are hospitable, courteous and pleasant. Thank you team for a great first time experience to Popeyes Chicken for me.“

“Welp I guest someone got my order wrong I ordered a pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger a double and was given chicken instead I had to wait some time for my order to be fixed but in the end it was fixed I can’t complain one thing I noticed about the wait times there’s probably not enough staff on night shift and that’s probably why things take a lil longer“
