Welp I guest someone got my order wrong I ordered a pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger a double and was given chicken instead I had to wait some time for my order to be fixed but in the end it was fixed I can’t complain one thing I noticed about the wait times there’s probably not enough staff on night shift and that’s probably why things take a lil longer
The guys that work the evening shift are on point! You can tell they care by their positivity and also the food quality during their shift! Monday night 7-8pm, they give Wendy’s a good name
always INCREDIBLY slow, despite me being the only car in the drive thru and 2 cars in the parking lot. they also frequently just don’t give me some of my items, like for example giving me a salad with no fork, dressing, or walnuts

The restaurant has a good location in Duncan, and the food is generally edible with pretty good service. The employees are nice and respectful, though the seating can be quite tight. Some customers have experienced issues with the temperature and quantity of the food and drinks, but the management has handled any problems well.
