I don't eat pork (personal choice) I asked the young man if the beans had lard in them. He said he thought so but still took the time to go ask someone else back in the kitchen toake sure. He was right the beans do have lard (pork fat) in the broth. Such a nice respectful young man. Found my receipt his name is Brandon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This Taco Casa location at Maplewood, just off Lawrence, is a full size, stand alone, restaurant; nice and clean. The staff are polite and friendly.I like that they bring the food out to the table. I had a super burrito and super taco and they were delicious, hot and made fresh. I also appreciate they stopped by the tables to take away the discarded wrappers and the trays. We always get really good fast food in a really good price with excellent service when we visit this Taco Casa. It is one of our regular go to places.Vegetarian options: They have no problem substituting beans in place of meat in their offerings.
