Stopped by today around 2:30 pm and had a fantastic experience. Staff welcomed us immediately, took our order quickly, and served us at our table with a smile. The order was fresh and accurate. Thanks for great food.
First time eating at a Carl's jr and service wasn't great.I run a restaurant and I'd be livid if my employees didn't have good customer service.All she kept saying was"anything else"Damn she said it at least 8 times.Felt rushed. I don't like when order takers say "any thing else" after every little thing.When we got to the window no "hi how are you' we just got told our total. Handed out drinks and food with No straws.
