The food is good but the front counter lady at 8:45 p m. on June 15th, 2026 is very rude! This is the 2nd time to visit this location when in town and she has been very rude both times. She acts like it's a bother to do her job. Very unprofessional!
Me and my brother have had issues with customer service at this location in the past, but kept coming back because the product quality for both desserts and food has always been good enough to brush off a few rude employees. We both work in fast food and understand that sometimes there are backed up orders and therefore longer wait times and we have excused it. I've always loved Dairy Queen, but this location has some of the rudest most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered anywhere. The girl taking my order in the drive-thru kept cutting me off as well as getting my order wrong and refused to read it back to me. She just left me sitting in silence and refused to speak anymore.
