“I love the elderberry Moscow mule, the beau wine, and everything else I have tried! The pistachio pizza is my absolute favorite, but the others are great as well! I love how they have an outdoor patio with fire pits or an indoor area with hightops. Such a nice little hangout!“
“My husband and I come here quite often. We love the build your own pizza option. I think it's a perfect personal size; however, we have shared one pizza before and gotten full. Just depends if you want to have leftovers. I love thin crust pizza and their pizza crust is pretty thin, so that's a plus for me! The only thing I don't like is sometimes there is a black char residue on the underside of the crust. Obviously from the stone oven, but not enough to keep me from coming back. Overall, delicious pizza, I would highly recommend! As far the reviewers saying customer service is not great, we have never had a problem with the employees. Could they be a little friendlier? Sure, couldn't we all? Seeing as how there is a note at the front of the line saying they are short staff, these employees are most likely working really hard and tired. A little compassion goes a long way, cause I know overworked and understaff. I wouldn't be my best self either.“
“This was an amazing surprise as we just googled a place to eat that wasn't a franchise or one of the local businesses. The pizza here hit the spot. We had the Hawaiian for the kids and the deluxe for us.The place was also very clean and has alot of seating space. The ambiance was also very niceKid-friendliness: It was amazing for my kids. I however wish there was a changing table in the bathroom. However, it was a great experience.“

“This pizza is exactly as pictured; I say that because up until now I've only seen pictures of a Chicago style pizza and never been to Chicago. The owner made two of the best looking and tasting pizzas for my wife and I. Mr. Hernandez was very friendly and got our food out fast. We live 100 miles away, but will DEFINITELY be going back. The restaurant is located in what's left of the Sikes Senter Food Court and is well worth going to.“

“I am absolutely giving this JC 5 stars. They earned every bit of it. We threw my 90 year old mother in law's birthday party there and they couldn't have been more accommodating with our large party. We had almost 30 people and they assigned one waiter to us. He was so amazing and took care of everybody from start to finish. Everybody raved about the food. I personally ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and it was so delicious. The next time I go back to Texas, we cannot wait to go back to Johnny Carino's again. Last but not least, they gave us a fun and clean atmosphere. A couple days before the party, I spoke with Kristina the manager there, and she was so kind. If you're thinking about a good and decent Italian night look no further than Johnny Carino's in Wichita Texas.“

“We stopped going to Chuck E Cheese years ago due to feeling like the establishments have gone downhill. We just moved to the Wichita Falls area so today was our way trip and I will say that we will definitely be back! The employees were so nice and helpful. It did get busy a couple of times but they moved fast and kept lines down. The manager was amazing. Consistently cleaning, either tables or cleaning the arcade area. Consistently checking the machines to make sure they were working. The Chuck mouse came out and was patient with all of the little kids, even the ones who kept touching his mouse mask. The arcade is small but I didn’t mind it because I was able to keep an eye on my littles even when I sat to catch my breath. The arcade was clean, tables were cleaned as soon as a family left. The food came out fast and was great. You could see into the kitchen through a window and it looked clean and orderly.One huge takeaway from our experience is how serious they take the safety of the little ones. You get a stamp on your way in along with your kids to show that you came in together. Then when you leave, the employees actually check your stamp to make sure your stamps match and no one is leaving with a baby that isn’t there’s. Someone was almost to the door to leave and the employee actually caught up to the family to check their stamps. It made me feel so safe and proud of their procedures.“
