Raw crust. Wrong wings. They put me on hold for over 10min so I thought maybe they forgot about me. I called back. After playing 20 questions (he asked 3 times what was wrong with the pizza and asked me if the breaded chicken nuggets I told him we received had bones in them… ya that was a weird question), the manager offered me a refund that was less than I payed (door dash order), but I asked for a remake. Next pizza was still not fully cooked but edible enough to pick off...read full review
I purchased an xlg pizza on 4-22-22. They got half of a 50/50 pizza wrong. Used their on line system to complain. The web site said they would respond within 24 hours. Never heard from them.
