“Decided to stop by on our road trip, because we heard good reviews. Atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. All the staff make you feel like your literal grandma cooking you a homemade meal. The place was packed and we definitely understand why now. We both ordered salads and they were a great portion size with fresh ingredients.

“We (Holliday Elementary)had subs and a few salads catered today from Firehouse Subs for our monthly PayDay Luncheon. The entire experience was awesome! I think I spoke with every manager there setting up our order lol. Each of them were awesome to work with. Our order was perfect and the meals were so good! Everything was very delicious! Loved the balsamic vinaigrette. The cookies were also amazing! Highly recommend!“

“Every visit here has been GREAT !! The owner is a very nice man who is extremely concerned about his customers and their satisfaction with the food as well as the service they receive there. He is there most of the times I have eaten there, and he instantly recognizes Jennifer and I upon each arrival. The crew is equally welcoming and helpful. This is easily one of my favorite sandwich shops in Wichita Falls, or anywhere actually.“

“The sub was pretty substantial, I got the fried chicken and it was great. I didn't order fries because it was too much food and I'm glad. Maybe I will order half a sub next time so I can have a side of Mac and Cheese or fries. Beers are $2 and drinks $3 at happy hour. We got there later but hopefully next time we get there earlier. A nice local place to hang out.“

“UPDATE: My grandmother and I returned to this restaurant after some time because she said it wasn't so clean the last time she was there. This time, it was mostly clean inside, and the atmosphere was nice. We got two bowls of chicken tortilla soup, and we were satisfied with what we got (although the bowls did appear somewhat small, almost cup size). Also, the tea here never disappoints! I'd say this restaurant is better than Panera! Will definitely visit again!“

Joe knows how to really make his customers feel appreciated...GO JOE!!! ?Also, DONT BOTHER going to the subway on Kemp road,wichita falls,Tx. We went there, got totally ignored when we entered the store. The guy went to the back and never returned to the counter for almost 10 minutes,so we left and ended up at the other Subway on Taft road.“

“I feel bad to say that.. but.. since I am in US (2years) it was first black girls ever that was nice to me. Yeah such a welcoming country, huh? :D I am a blond, blue eyes, European accent.. darker girls definitely hate me here.. Usually just act like they don’t see me, never greets me, never say goodbye. Always rude.
But THESE GIRLS were more than nice, they were so lovely & profesional I will remember them.. Sidnetra even did what Subway staff never does,- she checked if my veggie patty is not cold (They many times are). She was really lovely & Tyra too & 3d Latino girl too.

Vegetarian options: Way too little vegan options. But I will always say that everywhere. Ppl in United States eats so bad 🥴🤢🤮 too much meat everywhere.

“Their bread was a little dry and they messed up my order! It got messed up because my mom and I ordered similar but different sandwiches. Both we roast beef but mine was pickles only and her's had everything except tomatoes, both had no signature sauce and no mayo!“
