I am leaving the five-star review because of Logan and her close co-workers!
Now, the overall service, including the cake experience and fast food service, I would give it a 3.5-star review. Back in 2023 (the only two times we tried eating fries in Dairy Queen), the fast food process was inefficient, and the staff made it look like we were part of the problem!

Even though we went right before closing the employees were great. They were fast and polite.
Understaffed but the girl behind the counter worked really hard to keep up

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a delightful dining experience, with a Snickers Blizzard that steals the show and a kid-friendly menu featuring chicken tenders and a Dilly Bar. Logan is a fantastic cake maker, and her custom cakes are superb. The service is mostly good, and the cake ordering experience is significantly better. While there can be rare misunderstandings, the staff is wonderful at fixing any problem. Some find the prices to have gone crazy high, which has been a surprise. Despite some errors with orders, like cold fries or a missing pickle on a cheeseburger meal, many continue to enjoy the delicious cakes and good tasting treats.
