I got a shake and he got a concrete. we ordered through GrubHhb. the issue is that the shake was really disappointing.bit was not completed with whipped cream and a cherry. I had been really looking forward to an extra special treat but all I got was mediocre. may or may not recommended others to go and maybe and maybe not go there again. seriously, I got almost as good ice and lots of available toppings for Braums for elite less! 3 stars.“

“The manager today, 5/21/21-I think her name was Dimonica. She displayed and sense of organization and structure. One of her staff asked why they had to be in a certain area. She explained why and said come on team let’s take care of our customers. I have been a manager of oversight and operations for over 23 years for a major corporation and I must say she would be considered top notch. I really Hope Whataburger Corp recognizes what a great manager they have!“

“I have to take a moment to give Jennifer the recognition she truly deserves. I stop by this Chick-fil-A almost every single morning for my coffee, and I usually place a mobile order. No matter how busy it is, Jennifer always makes a point to greet me by name the moment I walk in. There have even been times when she has been on her break, and she still takes the time to smile, speak, and make sure I feel welcomed.

That kind of customer service may seem small to some people, but it makes such a huge difference. In a time where genuine, personal customer service can be hard to come by, Jennifer stands out every single time. She remembers her customers, she is consistently kind, and you can tell that the way she treats people is genuine and not forced.

At this point, I joke that I probably keep coming back just to see Jennifer, She has become part of my morning routine, and her positive attitude truly starts my day off on a good note.

She represents Chick-fil-A extremely well and deserves to be recognized for the level of care, kindness, and consistency she gives customers every day. “Excellent chicken, good staff.....I did not receive a portion of my call-in order, the manager offered that I could make a second trip to pick up the missing item or I could get a refund but only if I made a second trip to the store. This is neither acceptable nor reasonable. Bad policy, be sure that you carefully check your order.“

“This is about the location in High Point, NC, Restaurant # 1584: Clean location, great food and service, and a manager that leads by example (Abigail). I had an issue that typically would ruin an experience; however, Abigial and Emma couldn't have handled it better. As a result, I choose not to let the unprofessional employee overshadow my otherwise phenomenal experience. I hope that she was receptive to learning from it and has a better approach in the future.“

“Couldn't understand the person over the drive thru, she couldn't get an order for 3 combo meal straight, was totally lost when it came to the 3 drinks. When I let them know about the poor quality of their headset they said they know but that was corporate's issue not theirs. I will NOT go back to this location! Ever! “I've been by here occasionally for breakfast between 7:00 and 8:00, the workers are always extremely friendly, I've always gotten hot food, it was really surprising.

The breakfast crunch wraps have really been great, great cheese sauce, crispy hash brown, lots of bacon, it's an excellent deal for $3.50 plus tax. You absolutely cannot beat the price.“

“We went thru the drive thru and I have a family of 6. So my orders always take long with my kids being undecided before hitting the speaker. Some times if we don't have anyone rush us from behind we could get atleast some orders in line before heading to the speaker. But I want to say that this particular order taker had patience with us and our children's indecisiveness. Her professionalism was everything a big family needs. “I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in years until today. Ordered a large thin crust with cup pepperoni, pepperoni, and extra cheese. It was the best pizza I've had in quite a while! The chocolate chip cookie was good too.
