“In my adventures this week, I'm in Oklahoma City. I don't usually stop at burger places, but I kept seeing a sign for Brauns burgers. Alright, never heard of them, I'll give them a try.
I walk in, and immediately notice a little grocery store area. That was totally unexpected, I was expecting a restaurant.
I ordered my food, and it came up very quickly.
I decided to try their mushroom burger with bacon. Never had that before. And let me tell you, I'll never have it again. That does NOT WORK for me. Throw in mayo and lettuce, this doesn't work on a mushroom burger. I ended up picking the bacon off.

I tolerated the burger. The fries, I'm not a fry person but they weren't too bad with the dipping sauce.

I'd come back and try something else, but definitely not the mushroom burger. They were so quick!!

“Whataburger is one of those places that just gets it right every time. The atmosphere is fun, laid-back, and perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out for a while.
The burgers are the star of the show. I had the fried onion burger, and it was absolutely phenomenal—juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they put real care into the food. The loaded queso is also a must-try, and the sweet potato fries were crispy and on point.
They’ve got a solid beer selection too, which pairs perfectly with the food and overall vibe.
Service was great—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a consistently great burger spot with a fun atmosphere, Whataburger is tough to beat. Definitely a go-to spot for us.“

“I came to Arbys tonight craving a Ham and Cheese.... and a quiet space to work on a few things.
The staff there were incredibly kind, and consistently walking around cleaning.... which was nice to see.
My order was made fresh and was hot and really good (which was really nice!)
One young man (who I am pretty sure is the manager) was especially great with his customer service.
He had a headset and was working on drive thru orders.... while also cleaning, and creating a very professional space. Team members were talking kindly to each other, and even though it was slow, they were all cleaning tables and staying busy.
The dining room was spotless!
I am someone sho cares a lot about customer service and team members being respectful and kind to each other.
Sadly, that's not what I usually see when I go out.
That's why your place stood out and I wanted to take time to recognize your team.

“This location on Broadway in Edmond has been very erratic in their service over the last two years. Sometimes great, sometimes horrible. I think it is related to the personnel who is there at any time. But very recently the service has been great. If you like redheads, Shyann is your girl. She works the drive thru. She is hotter than Dana Scully from X-Files. She has a gorgeous smile and will get you your food fast. I hope Arby's doesn't let her go and offers her a manager style position. This is the Arby's to go in this area, for the time being anyway.“

“They never miss I tell ya. We order 6 chicken sandwiches plain, 2 30ct nuggets, mac n cheese and a salad. Spot in every single order. I love all the locations. (Yes we spend a lot of money feeding 2 teenage boys but they are worth it and I feel comfortable and trust Chick Fil A.“

“Every time I go into this gas station / convenience store they are so nice and so sweet. The employees greet you when you come in make small talk with you and work their butts off. There is a gentleman that works there in the mornings and he was killing it this morning. He was running two registers at once taking care of the line of customers to get it knocked down. “This Pizza Hut location has to get 5* for their customer service. They don't seem the most friendly, but they have fast service and they will take care of you!
My pizza was knocked out of my hands by the door on the way out, the employees saw it and replaced the pizza!

But *the manager needs to attend to the machines customers use for ordering, if it is experiencing technical difficulties then put a sign up so customers can go to one that works.
* ALWAYS have cup carriers in stock. (I had 6 drinks to carry plus my bag of food, hearing that you don't have cup carriers was a downer)
* When a customer request NO TOMATO be respectful and DON'T add two slices. (There is a possibility a customer is allergic to something and request it to be subtracted *just saying)“

“Amazing experience. We love Whataburger! This location had wonderful customer service. Our order was slightly messed up (burger was ordered & rang up correctly w/0 onions, but was made with onions. Spouse is highly allergic or this wouldn't have been an issue ). However the staff handled this problem in a professional & speedy manor. “I had an amazing experience at the Taco Bell located at 26 E 33rd St, Edmond, OK 73013 on the night of March 1, 2025. We arrived sometime between 8:30 and 10:00 PM, and the night shift staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with smiles and made sure to get our order exactly right.

The food was absolutely delicious, better than I expected. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly made. The staff's attention to detail really made a difference in our experience. We felt genuinely appreciated as customers, which is something you don't always find at fast food places.

“Stopped by on my way home from work, and was shocked by how great the service was! Jeremiah was fantastic!! I'm a server myself, and his hospitality and energy was phenomenal. “Huge improvement at this location since it is under new ownership/management. The last few years this location was awful. But tonight the sandwiches were delicious, the customer service was great, and the restaurant was clean. Best of all they were well stocked on the various ingredients which was a huge improvement compared the previous ownership which was always out of ingredients. We will definitely be returning back to this location in the near future.“
