“8-22-2026: We usually go to the Hatch by Top Golf, but wanted to try this location. 4 of us got seated pretty quick. Hispanic waitress took our drink orders. Took 10 minutes to get 3 of the 4 drinks,
Plus they brought me another that we didn’t order, let them have it back. 20 minutes later we got the 4th drink for our group. Another 20 minutes went by before she took our food orders Another 30 minutes before it was brought to us. 3 bruleed oatmeals and Belgian waffle breakfast. The food was great. The hot drinks were warm to cool, not hot.
The oatmeal was the best part of the morning. Other people came, ordered, ate and left before we had our food. The kitchen and other servers were keeping up with orders, it was our server causing the delays.“

“They never miss I tell ya. We order 6 chicken sandwiches plain, 2 30ct nuggets, mac n cheese and a salad. Spot in every single order. I love all the locations. (Yes we spend a lot of money feeding 2 teenage boys but they are worth it and I feel comfortable and trust Chick Fil A.“

Original-Sucks when you order 7 different things for a work event and have to rip everything open to pass it out. A label would have been nice.“
“I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. The service was impressively fast and efficient, even during a busy lunch rush.
The food was absolutely delicious—crispy chicken sandwich cooked to perfection, waffle fries hot and fresh, and their signature sauces made everything even better. I also appreciated how clean and well-kept the restaurant was, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
What really stood out was the consistent kindness of the team. Every “my pleasure” felt sincere, and it’s clear customer care is at the heart of Chick-fil-A’s culture.
Overall, Chick-fil-A continues to set the standard for fast food done right—excellent food, outstanding service, and a place that makes you want to come back again and again.“

“I am very fond of this particular location. The food is very good and selection is great for trying to eat more balanced meals. More importantly, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
They also have some really neat pictures on the walls. Sounds like a small thing, I know, but it's still something that I enjoy.“

“This location is great! Betty was so kind and helpful.
I wasn’t very excited about McAlister’s because I’d tried it twice at another location and didn’t like it, but this experience completely changed my mind. We didn’t realize the drive-thru is pickup only, and since our baby was asleep in the car, Betty kindly let us place our order at the window this time. They were also closing in about 20 minutes, and a lot of places probably would’ve turned us away, but she was incredibly accommodating. She recommended a few menu items, and they were all delicious. Great customer service, we’ll definitely be back!“

“I had a class in Edmond today and left my wallet at the conference center. I got to the drive thru and ordered before I realized. I requested to cancel my order because I had lost my wallet and THEY PAID FOR MY MEAL Y’ALL! Wouldn’t take no for an answer! 😭 It made my day! Thank you guys so much and I do appreciate it! ❤️“
