Save yourself the headache and just go to Panera
I’ve been going to this place for years and it seems like every time I try to go in to support a small business it has declined further than the last time.
Today was the last straw for me. I received an email promotion inviting me to come back and get a free breakfast bagel. I went in and and it was busy, but the promo was showing up in my app and I was excited.

Bagels and coffee were fresh and tasty but service was horrible! The cashier had a difficult time understanding when taking our simple order of bagels with cream cheese and 2 coffees. It seems to me this would be a very typical order at a bagel shop yet we had to repeat the order 3 times before she understood. She was also very, very slow, causing the line to back up unnecessarily.
