The fact that they charge 30 cents extra for an Asiago bagel when they literally just sprinkle a tiny amount of cheese on it is actually absurd. The last time I got an Asiago from here years ago, they actually delivered with it being an Asiago with a decent bit of cheese in the middle. This place has clearly been sold out or under new management, and cannot provide a quality service that had come to be expected of Old School Bagel locations. Sad times

This place used to be REALLY good but they no longer seem to know how to toast a bagel without burning it black. It's either not toasted at all, or charred black. It's pretty gross.

15 min wait at the drive thru and still forgot my drinks. When I got my drinks they were wrong. Ordered sweet tea no ice, came to me as a soda with ice. (Not sure how someone messes that up) Latte had zero sugar and wasn't the size I ordered. Re-Train your employees or at least hire a few that understand English.

Bagels are delicious. The coffee was extremely hot. Both drip and cappuccino were unbearably hot. We had to put ice cubes to even have hope of drinking it before we left. Service was great. Staff was friendly.

For the second time in a row I get home only to find the food given to me was not what I ordered. Even if there are multiple cars behind you, make sure you pull everything out of your bag and check it. Odds are 50/50 they got it right.

So I've never been here before and just wanted to kill sometime before my Drs appointment. I had a BLT on an everything bagel and I'm here to shout "it was amazing!" I highly recommend this place and customer service was on point. I give this place a two thumbs up ??

Well if the picture doesn't describe it lol. $6.00 for the "firecracker bagel" they have a picture of the bagel on the menu, looks nothing like what you get. Jalapeno bagel, chorizo sausage, egg and habanero cheese. Is what it is though ? (the music in the dining area is annoying too)Parking: There are probably 10 parking spots, maybe 15. With at least 54 possible places to sit inside and outside.

The two nimrods that were taking care of us took forever AND when I ordered a ham and cheese with cream cheese, 90% of it was cream cheese. If I could show a pic of the amount of it i had to scrape off of it, I would.Old School had taken a rather deep set of steps backwards in quality and employee training.
