Excellent chicken, good staff.....I did not receive a portion of my call-in order, the manager offered that I could make a second trip to pick up the missing item or I could get a refund but only if I made a second trip to the store. This is neither acceptable nor reasonable. Bad policy, be sure that you carefully check your order.
young lady working the first window was very cheery and seemed to be enjoying her job, fast service, just wish they would open the dining room up again.
All I can say is wow, what a team. Traffic was wrapped around the building for the drive threw and we had our food in less than 10 minutes. Smiling faces and great attitudes, good team and great leadership!
