Can't find anything bad to say about star bucks EXCEPT for the one place that DIDN'T have one of the discovery mugs for their state! Drove 5 minutes down to another Starbucks and found it! 5 stars kept!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a very busy location with a kind, friendly, and super kind staff that works like a well-oiled machine. The staff is diligent, getting drinks out as soon as possible and really fast, even when busy inside and through the drive-through. The atmosphere is lovely.
Many customers are devoted, everyday visitors. Some find the drinks, like the caramel ribbon crunch cold coffee, to be smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet with a bold but not overpowering flavor. The texture can be creamy, and drinks stay cold without getting watered down too fast. However, consistency has been an issue lately. Orders like the venti caramel macchiato can vary, with one cup being near perfect and another being only about two-thirds full, awful, bitter, and not sweet.
The prices are considered a bit much, with the note that desserts and cakes are not homemade. Some feel the company takes advantage of selling an addictive product. A point of criticism is a new policy requiring a purchase to get water, which has frustrated customers who feel water is a necessity and the policy should change. Overall, experiences vary, with some finding joy in their drinks and others noting a recent drop in quality and consistency.
