Delivery through the store is absolutely terrible. Worst decision you could make. I think we all know this restaurant stays busy. I understand there is usually a 30 minute or longer wait. 2 hours for a delivery. Called several times. First time we were told it was ready and already given to a driver. Needs new employees ASAP! Service is slow , customer service is HORRIBLE. There should be no reason I have to wait for 20 minutes for a PICKUP. it should already be ready with reason being that I ordered ahead of time. PLEASE GET NEW EMPLOYEES!!!!!
