The poke bowls are highly customizable and are perfect every time. I don't know why I took so long to write a review. “1st I have to say I don’t like pizza. I was sacrificing for my family. I never knew pizza could taste like this. I feel like they should make you take some sort of test before they allow you to eat it, because I definitely did not deserve to eat it! I feel like I got away with something! I only ate 1 piece because I was imagining how depressed I would be going home and not having any left overs. The big problem now is if I eat the last piece, again I won’t have anything. I am considering framing it. Obviously I have lost my mind over this pizza!
2nd the waitress Sierra went above and beyond what I have experienced in a long time. I have a few unusual allergies and she double and triple checked things for me and kept reminding me if I start to feel uncomfortable for any reason let them know. Her section was full but she kept our waters and sodas full and returned to our table often to check on us. I may consider looking for a nearby apartment to be near my new love interest…Summer Corn 🌽“

“Kat’s Tavern is hands down one of my favorite spots. Caroline and Sarah are absolute rock stars behind the bar. They know my drink, often have it ready before I even ask, and somehow manage to make everyone feel welcome no matter how busy it gets. They’re sweet, always smiling, full of great energy, and genuinely excellent at what they do. The rest of the ladies behind the bar are fantastic too.
Karaoke nights are always a blast, the dartboards and pool table keep things lively, and the back patio is perfect when you want some fresh air. The crowd is always an entertaining, eclectic mix of people, which is part of what gives Kat’s its personality.
I also really appreciate the security team. They do an excellent job and make it a place where you can relax, have fun, and feel safe.

“Kye greeted us right away and was efficient, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We ordered cheese sticks, pizza and wings. The pizza crust had an excellent flavor as did the rest of the food. The restaurant looked clean and well maintained. There was music going and bowling added to the noise but didn’t distract from us being able to talk without raising our voices. The vibe was energetic while also being laid back.“

“Stopped in at Angry Scotsman Brewing and discovered a brewery that’s definitely worth returning to. The brewer clearly knows their craft—there’s a wide range of styles on the board, and everything we tried was well made and balanced.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, happy to talk about the beers and offer recommendations. The atmosphere is relaxed and easygoing, making it a great place to settle in and enjoy a pint.

“Went to Mahogany Prime Steakhouse this evening because our nearby hotel restaurant was closed. We did not have a reservation, and were greeted and treated wonderfully. The manager went beyond the necessary when he found out husband was having a heart procedure in the morning, securing us a table in just a few minutes. The wine list was extensive and we ordered a bottle of the waitress recommended. Kayla was an awesome waitress, the food was delicious, the manager came by to check on us again, and other servers were very attentive. We will be back when we are in the city!“

“Went to Backyard Vineyards for a wine and cheese pairing as a date night with my wife. The Owner Roger and his wife hosted the event and interacted with the guests. They told the back story of several different wines, how they got their names, and the significance behind the labels. The wine was excellent, but the stories were what stood out to my wife and I, they made it an experience. We bought two bottles to take home and we will definitely be going back for future dates nights.“
