The menu is great with unique options and awesome tacos. Unfortunately the service has steadily declined over the past few months. I’m not sure who manages the staff…however I would say that they need to pay more attention to the customers and less time on their phones, chatting with other staff and making their own drinks. Sad to see this unfortunate decline in such a hot location.
this is so sad to write, as my friend and i thought the food/pricing was quite good. the chorizo taco & the four bottles of creative salsa on the tables were impeccable!
we waited about 40 minutes total for an outdoor patio table this evening, as we declined an indoor table for two at 30 minutes. we were seated with water and menus, but waited 20 minutes to have our order taken with no waiter in sight for our table. it was extremely frustrating to watch all tables around...read full review
I recently tried to place a Togo order and was disappointed to find that the restaurant wouldn't take my order unless I paid in advance. I understand the need for safety and efficiency, but it seems like the saying "cash is king" doesn't hold much weight anymore. Unfortunately, this policy made it inconvenient for me, and I decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope they reconsider their approach to accommodate customers who prefer to pay with cash.

Based on the reviews, OSO Paseo | Mexican is a nice spot in the Paseo District. The design, atmosphere, food, music, and service are all 10/10. The atmosphere is lively, and it is a spot where friends gather to enjoy an evening. The staff is very polite, friendly, kind, and happy. They are always accommodating. The food is delicious, phenomenal, and the customer service is impeccable. The restaurant accommodates large parties quickly and with ease. It is one of the top restaurants in OKC. They have great vegan and vegetarian options, including the sweet potato taco, the Califlower taco, and Vegan rice and slaw, which means there is something for everyone. The only knock is that parking stinks in the Paseo District on the weekends, but people do not seem to mind parking and walking a bit. It is a wonderful place.
