“Paseo Grill makes outstanding food! My wife and I had such a lovely dinner in a semi-private booth and the service was top notch. Easily a top 3 restaurant in OKC and after our visit, we can see why. So many more things to try in the menu and we will most certainly be back!! Five stars!!!“
“We will be regular guest! If you have not tried Frida you are missing out! The kindness of everyone at this place is incredible! Our server Morgan was outstanding! The food was worth every single penny, fresh and incredibly delicious! The carrot cake that is vegan free is awesome!“
“A great restaurant in our book. The food was superb. I loved the lamb potstickers. Our waiter Blake was just amazing. His wine recommendations were perfect. I loved ambiance. The paintings and tapestry on the walls also need to be mentioned I had a wonderful dinner and evening.“
“I visited on 4/14/24 and the server Carol Baskins was phenomenal. She was friendly, attentive and made sure my visit was the best it could be. The food was delicious and the atmosphere clean and inviting. Will definitely be back. Oh and make sure you get the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake.“
“We enjoyed a tasty lunch at our favorite Charleston's today! We got the Chicken Club salad with grilled chicken and the Walt's salad. Both salads were done with perfection.. The bonus was also getting one of our favorite servers, Katelyn! Quiet place to have a great lunch and catch-up with friends...“
“I would just like to say bravo! I hate Oklahoma but this place made me love it! I spent the whole day there and could not leave! Breakfast lunch and dinner! So ya I loved it so much and am in a plan right now just to go there. So u am so happy I went there it is the only thing I talk and think about like there lemonade is amazing and the water there is amazing! Keep safe y’all!“
“My husband celebrated his birthday at “Grey Sweater” yesterday. It was an amazing culinary journey to enjoy the variety of food from practically everywhere! We sat at the counter and watched the chefs prepare beautiful delicious dishes. I didn't know what to expect with a “chef's choice” menu; however since it was a special occasion, we wanted the full experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff treated us as special guests. Did I mention the food was AMAZING! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I are looking forward to another visit with Grey Sweater. And hopefully next time we'll get a chance to meet Chef Andrew Black. ✌?“
“My top favorite breakfast place! Food is delicious, service is wonderful.I haven't ever had anything I don't like here. There are a million different gravy options.Lunch the burgers and fries are wonderful!I suggest this place to everyone and I'm a waitress at another breakfast place lol“
“My wife and I went here last night for my 50th Birthday and it was great. When my wife and I come here we always have the cake first like an appetizer. We both think its the best and the reason we go, so lets take the salmon home and enjoy the cake now. Life's short eat dessert first. Alisa was our waitress and she was on point. She was very personable, pleasant, helpful, and a reason i will return and recommend Whiskey Cake to our friends. I chose Whiskey Cake and the food and Alisa did not disappoint. Thanks for a great evening.“
“Food was good roast was amazingly good ms Angie was most definitely amazing she was on top of everything made sure we where beyond taken care off she definitely deserve a raise thanks ms Angie for all you done for us we will be back soon hopefully to run into you again“
“Really fabulous menu filled with many familiar dishes, but with a Spanish/Latino cuisine that highlight special and unique blends. Shrimp and Grits- my personal favorite- was outstanding but with a poached egg addition that was better served on the side (made the grits way to firm and detracted from the overall flavor). Drink selections were diverse and satisfying. Love the mocha and non- alcohol options. Prices were very reasonable.Parking: Busy midday Sunday left fewer on street available spots to be expected on higher foot-traffic days.“
“We were a little discouraged in the beginning because there was a line out the door. But the staff went over and beyond to keep the line moving, communicate with other staff members, and even entertained my friend's 4 year old while walking us to our table. Subrina, our server, was the icing on the cake. Aside from being attentive, her smile and personality throughout the chaos showed she really enjoyed making this a good experience for our little "family!" ♡“
“I just visited Flower Child for the first time yesterday. The service was outstanding - friendly & helpful. The food was probably one of the better meals I've had in a very long time. My mom & I split a wrap and a salad. All ingredients were fresh & thoughtfully put together. I loved the clean, fresh, & laid back vibe. I highly recommend this place!“
“Not only is the setup of this place awesome, but the food was absolutely delicious as well. And on top of that they seem to host great live music as well. They have a good TV setup and stellar patio…I’m finding no shortage of elements here to rave about. Enjoyed the pistachio latte and honestly this was maybe the best hot chicken sandwich I’ve had to date. Loved the fries as well. If I lived in OKC I imagine I would be here often!“
“Parking: Paid parking just to the northwest of the place was affordable and easy to access the restaurant. Street parking Is a little bit more difficult unless you get lucky enough to park out front.Kid-friendliness: Def kid friendly my lil guy loved his food and couldn't stop eating the cheese curds!“
“had marixa this morning, she was awesome. really sweet. really nice.food was extra good and drinks were extra cold :) ask for marixaaaaaalso had evette come and talk to me. she was also amazing. will definitely bring coming back and asking for either and both ??“
“Google searched on our trip from Nebraska to Texas. The food was EXCELLENT! We ordered the orange chick’n and the Mac n cheese. Both were great, but the orange chick’n was a 10/10! We were so impressed that we had to stop again on our way back. This time I upsized to the “loaded” orange chick’n so I had enough for the next day. We also ordered the bacon cheeseburger wrap which was very good too!! Great food, portions, service and price!!Parking: There were a lot of cars parked in the area so you had to park a little ways down the street. Not too far though.“
“We're hard to impress on quiche and chicken pot pie. Red Rock slaps every time. ? Hayden was a delightful server and kept our needs met. Great team and atmosphere. We love the cornbread too. Always a great brunch experience.Parking: Large, shared parking lot near other restaurants“
“Bruce set me up with 4 tables of 10 each to accommodate my large 40 person brunch party. Everyone loved their drinks, food was on point, and the service was great! Bruce (the owner) came out to personally thank me for bringing my friends and also talked with many of the people on my group. Such a great guy and restaurant! I love supporting local business.“
“The cheese curds are the best I’ve ever had. Even better than in Wisconsin! Great service. The rest of the food was also right on point. I’m not from around here but I would definitely come back.Vegetarian options: The herbivore is awesome!“
“THIS PLACE IS TOP NOTCH!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! EVERYTHING IS AMAZING!!!! All you can eat catfish all weekend, breakfast anytime, homemade fried pies, homemade yeast rolls and cinnamon butter, the best mac & cheese anywhere, Amazing chicken fried steak! These guys are just the best of everything all around! I'll also add that the service is impeccable the prices are completely reasonable and you're eating the best of the best!!! It won't disappoint. ?“
“This place is amazing! We had the pickle plate and hot rolls with miso butter and they were so good! We shared the duck dumplings, potato salad, pork chops and pasta. We loved everything! I can’t believe we haven’t been here before. We will definitely be back.“
“Friendly, helpful staff. Got the sweet potato sandwich and peach tea with syrup (if you order just the peach tea, it’s unsweetened if that’s what you prefer). Nice flavors and textures; sweet potato can be a little overwhelming so I added a ton of pepper and a little salt to balance it out. Good portion size and quick service. I believe my total was $16-17.“
“Wow, wow, the plate I ordered was delicious, I have never tasted mire flavored steamed carrots! The service was exceptional, and the manager was talking with the people, making sure everything was perfect. The waiters were truly engaging with the customers, and it felt genuine. I definitely recommend this place. I was visiting from Houston, we had a convention and is a place to revisit next time I go to beautiful Oklahoma.“
“Right from reservations to parking ( which is free) to seating was flawless. The view while seated at the window was awesome. The service was appropriately attentive. Lines for buffet wasn't fun but it is not a big deal. Regards to food: don't miss the desserts as thecreme Brule was awesome, and so were the parfait and macaroons. The green beans was crunchy and roasted veggies was good though the soup wasn't palatable and baked salmon and lemon pepper were both very dry. All in all, if you are looking for a pleasant lunch with a view, Vast is your destination.“
“Hands down the BEST tofu tacos in the world. I've tried Velvet Taco in Houston before and so glad that they have one in OKC. It's just as amazing. Great portion as I was very full after two Nashville Hot Tofu tacos...100% will come eat Velvet Taco whenever I see a location!“
“Loved the food! I tried a few things and the jicama roasted beet salad and the creme brulee were the highlights!!! Absolutely topnotch and super memorable!!Vegetarian options: I follow a vegetarian diet and the menu has clearly labeled vegetarian options (about 5-7 dishes). Also, a couple of selections are vegan. I really wanted to try their hummus, but it was unavailable when I visited, but I reckon it might be amazing as all the other things I tried.“
“Our server Seth was amazing, he gave us great recommendations for our meal and he was well versed with the different items on the menu. I love fresh oysters and often have a hard time finding quality raw oysters here in OKC but the oysters at this restaurant were definitely top tier. We will be going back most likely this week for happy hour.“
“The food was ok. Queso was not melted all the way and became solid pretty quick. We hade 7 people and all said the sandwiches fell apart while eating them.I had shrimp tacos. They were good but small.Pigs in the blanket were great. The beer cheese was terrific.Nice atmosphere and the waitress was nice, fast, kept drinks full and spoke to us enough but not too much.“
“I'm sorry to have to say anything bad about Sherri's. We've been there several times and it's always good, but this morning we went and had a bad experience. We ordered eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast. The meal arrived very quickly. It was obvious that the hashbrowns were way overcooked. They were difficult to cut with a fork. Turned out that the bacon was very tough as well. The eggs toast and coffee was good. We weren't able to eat the bacon and hashbrowns though. When I paid out, I waited until I had fully paid before saying anything. When I did say something about it, the cashier said that they never pre-cook anything. I have to disagree. You may want to train your staff that nothing goes out the window that's not fit to eat.“
“My husband and I took our daughter here for her birthday dinner, and the food was good, but the service was horrible, the waitress that we had, just checked on us once and we needed more ranch dressing and refills..it seems as if you're working for good tips, then you need to give great customer service and make sure that your guests are getting everything that they need, she's lucky that I even tiped her, from the service that we received. This generation isn't what is was, when I was growing up. Smh.“
“Nice little diner for breakfast and lunch.. it's a tight fit in there so be ready to make it to-go... At least plenty of parking..We got our food pretty fast at lunch and was back to work after a few glasses of sweet tea with our meal..“
“I always love this place.Parking: I always end up having to park a block away in a residential area to get here, because the parking on 23rd is bad anyway...Kid-friendliness: I took my toddler with us once and they were so sweet. There's a kid's menu and he got a crush, ie kept staring and giggling around our waitress.“
“This is a super cute retro diner. We only heard about it because of the robot, but the food was great. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. I think her name was Tina but I'm afraid I'm getting it wrong. Sorry possibly-Tina!The robot was adorable, as hoped, and the food was great. I got the three appetizers combo and loved it (I chose pickle chips, cheese fries and fried mushrooms). My companions got burgers and chili tater tots & were all pleased. We were too stuffed for shakes but they looked very tempting.“
“A very chill environment with pleasant staff and delicious tacos. I tried 4 tacos: The Fried Taco, Birria, Brisket Burnt Ends, and the Baja Fish. We went during Happy Hour so tacos were half price! They mentioned the tacos are half price all day on Tuesdays. We tried the Chicken Flautas to start off and they are the best Flautas I have ever had! Thick n crispy and well filled! The tacos were all great! Four was too much food for me, I should have gotten three, considering we had the Flautas as well. I would say Fried Taco and Birria were my top 2. I normally don't care for Flautas, but dang, I'd eat a meal of those, definitely a highlight of the meal!!“
“My wife and I went on Friday, 1/6/22. Apart from being a dining experience, this was also half art installation and half magic show. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was presented beautifully and the colors and textures (and aromas) were quite pleasing. Each course was served by a chef or member of staff who explained the ingredients and flavor profiles. They were all knowledgeable and seemed, justifiably, proud of what they were doing. The chefs served three courses with ingredients I normally detest, butternut squash and beets. The winter tartlet and a savory custard both included the squash and they were amazing! The beet came with the tenderloin course and it was so smoky and sweet, I got a little verklempt.Because it's a tasting menu, the courses are smaller then an average main; we had the 10-course menu and left satisfied and very full. The Focaccia and the Tendeloin courses could have been a meal all on their own. I don't drink, so I skipped the wine pairings, but I learned that they offer a non-alcoholic pairing and I regret not trying it.The dessert course were life affirming. There was a Tea & Snack course with spiced beef tea and aebelskivers which almost made my wife cry (in a good way). The apple sorbet was gorgeous! It was like biting into a green apple, tart followed by sweet. The color and textures were beautiful. This was a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and kind and seemed invested in what they were doing. The room is small, but I didn't feel cramped and had no issues having a conversation with my wife. Our seats were right next to the kitchen and it was a treat to watch the chefs at work.Standouts, for me, were the Sunchoke with miso and apple and the Bok Choy with tofu and mushroom. I was delighted with our evening and can't wait to return.“
“This place is great. Good old American-style food.If you go, I hope you get the waiter, Matthew. The man is a great server. He is attentive, polite, good-natured, and always ready with a refill. He really earns and deserves his tips.He made a good experience great.“
“This is a great place for a meal! I ordered to go. The staff is professional and gets the order right and on time. The Caesar dressing is superb. I don't know how they make their croissants, but the result is like crack they are so good!“
“What a waffle! Granny never made them like this. I didn't plan to eat here, but when I saw a line out of the door, I had to check it out. It didn't disappoint! Everyone was kind to one another, and strangers would sit with strangers because all seats were taken. I only gave 4 stars for service because I had to ask for my shake twice.Parking: The sign says parking in the back, but all I found was apartment and hotel parking. A valet guy from the hotel said that I could park in his lot.“
“My partner and I went in a couple nights ago maybe 10 minutes before close and ended up being there until 20 minutes after close, not knowing or ever feeling rushed (we found out when we looked the place up yesterday). I got the smoked salmon and he got the sirloin and chicken, and we were both beyond satisfied with our food. The server we had was incredible and wasn’t at our table too much or too little, refills were perfect, and he was genuinely so kind. We’ll be back, but this time at a decent time. Can’t recommend this place enough“
“FANTASTIC!! Friendly atmosphere, welcoming decor, excellent service, great variety of draft beers and the best hot wings I have EVER had! Husband had the Turkey/Croissant sandwich and loved it. Great location in midtown, away from the crazy parking challenges of Bricktown. Fair prices too.“
“We visited this place for a birthday dinner for two. From the outside, the place gives romantic European architecture vibes. It was very nicely decorated with warm cozy lights throughout the property. On the inside the decor is a bit dated, and when we arrived we were the only young couple in the restaurant. Despite the older look, the place was charming and cozy. We were lucky to be seated next to a nice couple. However, I can see it being uncomfortable with the close proximity if you're not as lucky with your neighbor table. This is what lost them a star. Now for the food. It is delicious and highly recommended! Everything we had was so tasty. Dinner salad - fresh veggies and a different tangy dressing. Be warned you can really taste the champagne. Chicken dip - we still can't stop talking about how delicious this dip was. The texture is so smooth for being chicken and cauliflower. The bread was the perfect combination. Sirloin - the meat was cooked perfectly to temperature we ordered. The only picky thing with this plate is the sweet potato. While it was delicious we don't really enjoy sweet with our savory. Chicken - it was delicious. The mushroom risotto was so tasty we ended up ordering an extra side of it. Chocolate sundae - save room for dessert because it was fantastic! We almost considered taking one to go. It's a brownie with ice cream on top. What's not to love. One thing you won't have to worry about when coming here is parking!“
“After driving up from Fort Worth to attend Red Earth, we were definitely hungry for a Navajo Taco! The Press did not disappoint! The heart of this meal is fried bread, which is difficult to make. Their home recipe is amazingly tasty. Topped with bean and meat chili, tomatoes, jalapeño, and sour cream. Our waiter was both polite and prompt.Could not have been more pleased.Highly recommend you check this gem restaurant out!Parking: Abundant street parking.“
“Everything was good, but not great. Had the ribs, brisket, fried okra, and collard greens. The sides were good. The brisket was moist and had good marbling. Ribs were good.Went with coworkers because of location and hours, but there are way better options in the metro, especially for the money.“
“I was picking food up for my client. In doing so upon entering I was greeted, everyone was nice.. A little outdated,,older building, seemed like it coils use a really good cleaning. Once back at my clients home she was so looking g forward to her meal that she had been wanting for weeks now only to be sadly dissatisfied. Said it was the absolute worst she'd ever had.“
“superb food! great service!! Everyone was so nice! Highly recommend! we met and did a blessing in disguise had 7 in our party! We were the ones blessed by the owner, dish washer, and waitress! Thanks for allowing us to come and dine with you! We will be back!!“
“My favorite place when I lived in OKC 4 years ago.The bartender, Kevin/Kyle?, is very skilled at making refreshing beverages. He says the restaurant keeps paying him because he keeps showing up.Great sense of humor.Chicken enchiladas on this menu are absolutely delectable. It is my all time favorite. This is a nice chill place to dine. The atmosphere is also reflective of that.Wine selection is pretty good too.My favorite drink is the Pink Diamond.“
“The food was fantastic I had the bacon avocado sandwich and the chicken was juicy!! The service was outstanding great customer service here!! Very clean great atmosphere! The only thing was the floor is black and the have a small incline in the part we were seated. Should be a warning or indication I have a bad foot that doesn’t do well on slopped walkways. Would definitely come again“
“If you want a nice taste of Chicago, you are coming to the right place. My mom & aunt grew up in Chicago & haven’t found a spot that even came close to home. We took our family out today for my aunts birthday & she absolutely 10/10 loved it. All of our meals were perfect. Even the kids ate every last bite. Also we have a special needs kid & he was so relaxed here the ambiance is great. Chicago everything. We will be back.“
“From the appetizer to the entrées food was 1st class. Anton greeted us and was very attentive. He is very proud of his menu and tries to help so have you have a positive experience. If you like interaction and great food, this is your place.Everyone in our party had a different entree and they were all wonderful.“
