Our family has always had great experiences at the Press and they make sure to take my husband’s food allergies (alpha gal syndrome) seriously- it’s one of our go to places because we never have to worry. I had a not great experience with an employee which was very surprising, but their management immediately reached out. I was really impressed by their kindness and intentionality. They have retained our family as patrons.
we found the press online and decided to try it because of the great reviews. we sat outside and there were wasps above our table & several other places. we asked if we could sit inside and were told they had a wait list. on the way outside there were several tables that were empty and still empty when i asked. i even asked if we could sit outside closer to the building and was told no even though there were several empty tables. they then sent me the manager after i requested...read full review
Stopped in hoping to grab a quick bite before going to paint n cheers. Service was slow. We were at our table for nearly 10 minutes before a server came over. Since we didn't have time to eat we ordered some sort of watermelon cocktail thing... got them and it was the weakest drink I've ever had, mostly ice. WAY OVERPRICED at $13.
On the plus side, our server was friendly... but a$31 check for two terrible cocktails was really disappointing.
