“Good place to watch ball games“

“Kat’s Tavern is hands down one of my favorite spots. Caroline and Sarah are absolute rock stars behind the bar. They know my drink, often have it ready before I even ask, and somehow manage to make everyone feel welcome no matter how busy it gets. They’re sweet, always smiling, full of great energy, and genuinely excellent at what they do. The rest of the ladies behind the bar are fantastic too.
Karaoke nights are always a blast, the dartboards and pool table keep things lively, and the back patio is perfect when you want some fresh air. The crowd is always an entertaining, eclectic mix of people, which is part of what gives Kat’s its personality.
I also really appreciate the security team. They do an excellent job and make it a place where you can relax, have fun, and feel safe.

I ordered the Bulgogi Lunch Box, and the portions were spot on—just the right amount, and the price was reasonable. The bold flavors were delicious, though they might not be for everyone. My only gripe was the limited lunch menu, but that's pretty typical for lunchtime. The atmosphere here is a lot of fun. With K-Pop playing in the background and a cool, rock-and-roll-inspired decor, the vibe is really unique. I also noticed they have karaoke rooms, which would be a blast with friends in the evening. Lunch hours run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, and the service was excellent. My server was polite, professional, and made me feel right at home. I’m looking forward to coming back for dinner since I prefer a more traditional setup for Korean cuisine. “Went out to Katt’s Cove for the first time to listen to Hell N Bakk play and we had the best time. We had tables reserved for our group and they took care of us checking to make sure we were good and happy. The bar staff girls were amazing slinging out drinks left and right and remembering your drink order after ordering the first drink. The vibe was awesome and we had so much fun rocking out all night. We will be back!“

“I grew up on Traub Pl. and always passed by this place on my way to Jarman JR. High back in the 70's, but in the early 80's I hit the road.
Anyway I never did go in there after I grew up and was surprised to see that this place was still there after all these years.“

The guacamole, tacos, drinks and fajitas were also so delicious that we were scared another restaurant would just disappoint so we went back the second night. The waitress even brought out a toy box that had so many little toys the Christen got to pick from. We came on a very busy day so of course the area we sat at was a bit tight for our part lot of 8 but it still worked and was a great dining experience. “I really enjoyed the FlashBack trip I had here considering I grew up in the 80's. Was that the best decade ever or what? Anyway...I enjoyed the atmosphere, decor, retro theme and items. The Trapper Keepers at the bar were the cherry on top! I ended up playing Dr. Mario on the Nintendo most of my time there. My husband hopped around and played the arcade games. He enjoyed it but said he wished they had some newer games as well. He also said some games were not working. However, for $5 each for unlimited play...I couldn't complain. We enjoyed the Skee-ball and the oversized Connect Four. And luckily, when I dropped my license, someone found it and turned it in. You must present your ID to enter, so don't leave it in the car. Also, great retro music playing from the juke box!“
