messed up our order. manger Sandra assured us a refund that never came. when asked about it, she said she did all she could do and her boss didn't do it. took our money and didnt care. not even apologetic. entitled and unresponsible tone over the phone. we will never go back
The food was so amazing! Very well cooked and tasted delicious and made fresh. The biggest compliment is that I had a family member with me who is immune compromised and can’t eat off a public bar. They were more than accommodating and gave her condiments and vegetables on the burger from the kitchen instead of the public bar! Thank you for excellent customer service!
