Taco Mayo is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and generous supply of napkins, sauce, and chips with cheddar. The staff is described as nice and caring, and many customers appreciate the service. However, there have been some concerns about the drive-thru service. Some customers experienced issues with the new payment setup, which requires them to exit their vehicles, sometimes standing in water if it has rained. Despite the affordable prices, some reviews point out that the quality of the food, like the Tostadas and crunchy tacos, has not met expectations, with complaints about sogginess. Additionally, some customers have raised concerns about the prices, feeling they are exorbitant. On a positive note, the dining room may have few diners, but the drive-through has been busy, with employees working hard to get orders out quickly and correctly. Many customers have noted the friendliness of the staff, highlighting their effort to verify special orders before serving.
