“The general manager Alex was very friendly when we called in. We were missing a gravy for my husbands meal and not only did he take care of that issue, he also stated when we order next to call in and let him know we were ordering and he will take care of us. Great customer service and great resolution. Shoutout to Alex! Great food also.“

“We eat here fairly often, the food is pretty okay, the place is clean, they offer fresh baked desserts, and the service is always great! If you can get over the loud screeching that you can sometimes hear from back of the house staff then it’s a pretty relaxing atmosphere. If you go, ask for Jodie! She’s the best waitress they have, is friendly, quick, efficient, and just a sweetheart! She is probably what keeps them in business!“

“We've been visiting Monterey Jacks for at least ten years. Over time, the staff and my family have watched each other grow. This is a place where the food and drinks are consistently very good, the service is nearly always amazing and the cost of dining out is still very reasonable. If you're looking for good Mexican food and a fantastic glass of sweet tea, I strongly recommend Monterey Jack's if you're in the area. Even when they're busy, tables usually turn over fairly quick so you're not waiting long.“

“I stopped by recently and sat out on the patio. My server Aaron(Erin) spelling? He was super friendly and on top of everything, even with myself being the only one on the patio for a good while. Food tasted great, adjustments on my second drink order were made no problem and overall it was a nice way to end the last day of school (&it’s always crazy!) and start summer break! Had a nice evening to sit outside and I’m glad that all around my service was great! Definitely will stop by again when out that way.“

“Wonderful dinner and costs were more than acceptable. I took one star off for the restaurant being a little dated and having stained tiles on the ceiling and the brick on the sidewalk has missing and loose tiles out front which is a tripping hazard. Our waitress was wonderful and food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. I will keep coming here instead of all the others.“
