About Fazoli's

Fazoli's offers good Italian food at a truck stop location. The staff is polite, courteous, and professional. Customers praise the wings, breadsticks, lasagna, fettuccini, and ravioli. The service is quick, and portions are generous. Despite being in a truck stop, the restaurant is clean with a delicious soda fountain. Prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for families. Recent reviews note that the food is very good, with breadsticks being especially praised as the best in a long time. Many customers were hesitant at first because of the truck stop setting, but found the food to be hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, with some staff even offering recommendations. Overall, the experience is positive, and the restaurant is considered better than some other fast food options at similar prices. The inside is decorated nicely, such as for Halloween, and the atmosphere is welcoming despite the older truck stop setting. Customers have enjoyed quick service, friendly staff, and tasty food, including the meatball parm sub and especially the breadsticks, which are highly recommended. Some mention that the restaurant can be confusing to find because of its gas station setting, but once there, the cleanliness, lovely atmosphere, and good food make it worth a visit. Many appreciate that Fazoli's provides a surprisingly good fast food experience, with hot, fresh meals and helpful staff.
