“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!“

“Our experience was overall very good and we will be back, hopefully for a five star experience instead of a four star. The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed their ravioli, the inducer, carbonara, and custom pastas. Special shout out to the inducer. Service was amazing until we said we were ready for the check. 30 minutes later we received our checks. That was so bizarre. We had plans to go to a couple more places before picking up the kids from the babysitter, but had to reduce our plans based on the extra half hour we spent here. There is definitely room for improvement on the end of seating experience.“

“We had a wonderful experience! I went with my family and tried the Never-Ending/Unlimited Pasta deal, and the food was delicious. Everything was fresh, tasty, and we really enjoyed our meal.

A special shout-out to our server, Dallas, who made our experience even better. He was extremely kind, friendly, attentive, and professional. He checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and always had a positive and welcoming attitude. His excellent service made our family dinner very enjoyable.

“Our friend who is a chef recommended Elisabetta. And I am so glad she did. The moody atmosphere set the pace for an incredible dining experience. The service was exemplary. Our server, Joanna, took such good care of us and made wonderful suggestions, including customizing our meals to make them perfect. David the general manager stopped by several times to make sure we were enjoying our evening. The food was so good we wanted to cry! The crab claws were delicate and the butter with fennel pollen was sublime. The scallops were huge and perfectly prepared, which is a feat in itself. My taglione was exceptional. Add in the delicious cocktails, champagne toast for my husband’s birthday, and ice cream with a birthday candle…we are fans for life! Thank you for a delightful evening.“

“DO NOT USE! We used Falcones to cater a WEDDING in September 2026 but the cold pizza arrive 2 HOURS LATE! The owner JP who coordinates the catering confirmed the catering staff and food would get there at 5 as the wedding guests would begin dinner at 6pm. They arrived at 6:45pm with cold dried pizza and baked zitti. JP said that he would refund $500 for the debaucle which was pretty much an insult that we would be paying for anything more than the price of the food. HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION OR REFUNDS The bride/groom paid over $2,000 for cold pizza to be delivered 2 hours late to thier wedding. JP said that he would contact the groom for the refund, no refund has been issued yet. The communication, or lack thereof, should have been a red flag to cancel everything at the start. The food was not that great, and please DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY IMPORTANT EVENTS!“

“If you do the never ending pasta, dont ask for grilled chicken for your protein. It costs extra, then you cant have anymore proteins with your next bowl. You have to get the crispy chicken, and they dont tell you that. Other than that the food was good!“

“We had a party of 6 adults and were sat in the bar area at a large booth. The server/bartender had a lot to do so the service was mediocre...not really her fault, but next time we will ask NOT to be placed in the bar, so hopefully the service will be better.

I had the soup and salad and everyone else had regular meals. She brought my soup out the same time as all the salads and it got cold before I finished my salad, so I asked for a fresh hot bowl with the other entrees.

We had a mix of cocktails and beverages and it was a chore to get a second drink or refills. The food was really good and we enjoyed those.“
